The reception and dental staff was absolutely amazing felt welcomed and put at ease. I had an emergency dental issue and the dentist got straight on to allivate some of the pain and swelling. She was very professional and gave exeptional advise. Thank you so much, very thankful that I was listened to, heard and recieved the correct treatment.

I had an emergency appointment today (13/6/26) at 10am. Ive stated the date & time so it can be linked with you i saw as I was in a bit of a tizz due to being nervous so I forgot their names, sorry. The male dentist listened to my issue and what outcome I wanted & got straight on. The female dental nurse/or assistant in the room was absolutely amazing. Really helped calm me down and got me through a very big tooth extraction. I am so thankful and couldnt of wished for a better service.

Had two implants placed today by Dr Eugine Matais and his team who were all so friendly and put me at my ease. There was no fuss and the procedure was explained clearly. Great care was given by all. I highly recommend Eugine for his high standard of work. He made a temporary fitting whilst I was there so that I wasn't left with a gaping gap at the top front. I wont be nervous at my next appointment. Thank you

I went here for an emergency appointment for an abscessed tooth. I was very nervous but the dentist and dental assistant were so lovely and very calming that my fear went away pretty quickly. I have had a few emergency appointments at different practices in the past, and usually they just prescribe antibiotics and rush you out the door, but here, they exceeded expectations by treating the tooth and preparing it for root canal treatment with my regular dentist.

Poor service at out of hrs, the dental nurse is horrible, speaks over you, doesn’t let you finish what you’re saying, literally tries to shut you up! The dentist on the first visit Saturday was very kind and you could see he was weary of her, I asked if they’d just chuck a bit of filling in the hole on the bottom tooth whilst treating the worst tooth above and she was literally just so rude and dismissive, the dentist did it anyway, I made a complaint whilst leaving about her and my experience, later the same day my toothache came back worse, I got sent back there today, she was patronisingly nice, calling me sweetie ect, but was still dismissive and then started saying the reason dentists aren’t taking on is because people miss their appointments (I’d literally told her on the previous appointment id been without fillings for two years due to missing my appointments, which the last one when I was removed from the register was because I was 6MINS late!) it was a different dentist and this one was horrible too on this occasion! As soon as I left I was in more pain than when I went in which isn’t normal! Honestly a horrible experience both times and it’s made nothing better, actually worse! Rather pull it out myself than go back there, it’s a joke!

Craig is a wonderful dentist. Ive recently had to have a lot of fillings because I havent been for so many years and I was terrified. He put me at ease during every single appointment. He's very kind and caring and I highly recommend
