Excellent Customer Service, highly recommended! Dr Rahul Swami is always very helpful and thorough, as well as being super gentle when it comes to fillings. He is also super kind with children. Hygienist Emily Knowlson is always super friendly, professional and constantly gentle during the cleanings. All nurses are always smiling and supportive. Abs is a legend there - always dedicated to customers experience and super helpful with any queries/appointments. All our family goes there and we are grateful for the care we receive.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent care and service for my child We’ve had such a great experience at Toothshine Dental from start to finish. Taking a child to the dentist can sometimes feel stressful, but the whole team made every visit calm, friendly, and welcoming right from the moment we walked in. A special mention goes to the receptionist — they are most helpful, always very efficient with booking appointments and quick to answer any questions or enquiries we have. It makes the whole process so smooth and easy. The clinical team are incredibly patient, kind, and great with children — they explained everything in simple, reassuring terms so my child felt completely at ease and knew exactly what was happening. The dentist was thorough, gentle, and took all the time needed to answer every question we had about the treatment and oral care. The clinic is clean, bright, and well-organised, with a lovely atmosphere that helps put little ones at ease. We’re really happy with the quality of treatment and the level of care we received. Absolutely amazing experience with Dr Hasan and the whole team at Toothshine. I recently finished my Invisalign, Enlighten Whitening and Composite Bonding treatment and I’m so happy with the results. Dr Hasan was brilliant throughout the whole process, so patient, professional and reassuring. He always took the time to explain everything properly and made sure I felt comfortable and happy with each stage of the treatment. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes a lot of pride in his work. Also a big thank you to Abs on reception, who was always friendly, welcoming and helpful whenever I came in or had questions 😊 My smile has completely changed and the results still look really natural, which was exactly what I wanted. In my old dental clinic, I had terrible experience when I extracted my first wisdom tooth. However, I found Toothshine Dental Clinic , very professional and has excellent customer service. Best dentist in Grays Essex, The dental surgery has professionals as soon as you arrived you are met with the best receptionist who goes out of his away to help all from emergencies for children and adults and for everything from appointments to follows up the gentleman on the desk is brilliant at his job! The dentist and nurses are amazing at their work as they also have some much patience and understanding with nervous children and have been so kind with my family and children always they help out with our teeth issues or enquiries. Personally would like to say a very thank you to the dental practice as they have been wonderful with my family and the only ever place we would use for dental.
