Great experience at my appointment today, Dentist,assistant and receptionist were very professional and cared about giving me the best service. I always get a little nervous going to the dentist but they all put me at ease and made the whole thing easy and comfortable. They were more than happy to answer any of my questions . Fantastic service.

Once again Mrs Price saved my smile, a really Talented dentist indeed ,it seems whatever my teeth throw at them ,the team always do their best to fix the problems, very gentle v friendly and funny, great team.and all really Professional . Never thought I’d say this But makes going to the dentist a pleasure, thanks again to all the team at Cardonald Dental Practice.

Had a really good experience with this dental practise and have done for a number of years. The dentist was very gentle and made me feel at ease. The nurses and pm are all lovely and very friendly. Definitely a nice environment to be in and a trusty practise.

Had an appointment to day was left in waiting room for 20mins then moved to another room once more patients entered waiting room Sat in dentist chair for a further 10mins ( appointment now over running by 30mins) No communication what so ever with regards to dentist running late , left the chair went to reception to tell receptionist that I am leaving that I’ve been sat for 30 mins no communication from staff to reason why -(I also had to return to work ) receptionist said well you could have asked and they only have 1 dentist and I replied that's your job to keep patients updated and if I was 30 mins late for my appointment I would have been fined and not seen! Her reply was ok. I have now left this dentist ….and registered else where it’s a shame it’s went down hill as my family been registered for 18years here … the same situation happened last month to my daughter (25yrs old) she waited 45 min to be seen and dentist manner towards her made her feel uncomfortable so she also has left this practice too ….

Great experience here from start to finish , staff are very friendly and welcoming, treatment was done to a very high standard. Very clean and professional practice . The appointment times are a few weeks wait but worth the wait in gold for the knowledge and professional skills! Thanks CDP

Were asked by a consultant to send me for a ct scan, didn’t see the letter, I attended and they saw the letter, didn’t refer me for ct, I asked my gp to check if I’d been referred, no referral had been made, so I called them very upset and was assured the referral would be made, still heard nothing, daughter went for appointment and asked about my referral and they again claimed it had been made, again they were lying and I’ve still not been referred, I needed the ct scan 2 years ago and still have not had anything. All this cause the original dentist there I went to refused to remove an infected tooth during lockdown and then it kept getting worse.

Was seen 40 mins after my appointment time in June. 20 mins of this was spent waiting in the chair on my own. This was down to only having 1 dentist in the practice. I thought this may have been a one off however same thing happened to my mum today with no update of how long it would be. She had to leave as she had work to go to. Wouldn't waste your time booking here. Months waiting time for appointments too. Have now registered elsewhere.
