New Biggin Villa Dental Clinic

I used to see my dentist at low fell, me dentist was amazing. Since the practice moved to Fewster square and my dentist retired, its been awful 😖 They refused to replace a bridged tooth i had broken saying the crown it was attached to maybe damaged. I was being pushed to pay for private treatment. This happened at all 3 of my visits. The dentist were rude and very patronising. Thought this was supposed to be an NHS service. My previous dentist Dave Brown at the practice was amazing. He went above and beyond to fix my teeth.

Shocking Barber shop setup. Multiple patients, dentists, nurses in the same appointment room all going on at the same time. No prior warning. No privacy at all and not very dignified. The staff were extremely nice.

My first time to this dentist to say and I’m so happy with how I was dealt with today lovely receptionist booked me in for my first appoiment Then I seen a lovely female dentist who was absolutely lovely so I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone keep it up guys

Frustrating. Seems almost impossible to get an appointment, emergency or otherwise. Have tried on a few occasions, most recently told to call back in a couple of months as check up appointments aren’t available at the moment. Not much use…

Loverly dentist i always see the lady dentist she is very happy smiling person plus iv seen dave aswell and both are really good as im very nervous person wen it comes to going but always make me feel calm wen i viste

I always have no problems with booking appointments and the staff are very good 👌 probably the best dentist in Gateshead

Very rude reception was unclear/ breaking up, just put the phone down on me. Avoid.
