InDental Practice

This is my local dentist and what a brilliant practice it is. As well as my usual check ups and treatment I have required and emergency appointment on 2 occasions and both times they have fitted me in. I have both my grandsons registered here as well, the reception staff are lovely and so helpful and the dentists are brilliant

So grateful to have this practice on my doorstep. I have had quite a few visits to this practice and have never had a negative experience. Received thorough and gentle care each time by all of the dentists and team. Very professional and they take the time to explain things and offer various options. I have received checkups and treatments from Nick, Hannah and Chloe and all three of them were fabulous, helped put me at ease and provided excellent dental care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice.

Jan has to be one of the worst receptionists I’ve ever had to deal with. Rude and arrogant, can’t update a system.. totally incompetent!

Came after calling NHS111 with swelling and pain. Had been ringing round multiple different dentists every day for 4 days and finally after calling InDental, they were able to see me. I'm generally terrified of dentists after many bad experiences with my previous practice. The ladies put me at ease. Assessed my abcess and broken and awful decayed tooth and after xrays and numbing got on with the task of extraction. Without a single tear shed the tooth was out and I didn't feel a bit of discomfort. I didn't even realise the job was done until I was asked if I wanted to take it home with me! Honestly wonderful. Restored my faith that all dentists aren't going to be calling me 'pathetic' for being afraid and crying as an adult. I hope to never have to go back again for an emergency appointment although the staff are really amazing! Thank you so very much for helping me. I was in so much pain and feel better now.

Friendly staff managed to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment on the evening. The service was excellent, I had a decent size chip on my front tooth which I've had replaced numerous times but never to this standard. I'd definitely recommend and thank you again.

Just want to say Sharon Hill at this practice is amazing. Her care towards my son is outstanding. Sharon is caring, patient and so informative of what is going to happen. Thank you x
