I was a patient under Dr Bamrah's uncle in Newcastle many years ago, but when he retired I couldn't find another dentist. Until I found his nephew here, lovely dentist with my fear of dentists like his uncle he put me completely at ease. Now I have no worries or fear. His staff are lovely ladies and always polite. I would highly recommend Dr Bamrah.

Took me on as a new NHS patient 1.5 years ago and has been absolutely amazing. Super easy to get an appointment and Dr Bamrah is always really lovely and chatty, couldn’t recommend enough.

Appointments always very rushed. Never on time as he books in too many patients hoping some won’t show. This practice forgot to refer me to dental hospital, had an extra 2 years of unnecessary pain from wisdom teeth which should have been removed. Subsequently caused a massive shift in my bite line and need braces to correct this which I can’t afford.

The ladies that work there are all lovely and very helpful but the dentist, Mr Bamrah, is not. I needed a few bits of work done to my teeth as i used to suffer from bulimia years ago. Told Mr Bamrah this and he was horrible to me about it. Then he was trying to force me into wearing a palette too big for my mouth. Wouldn't have it that i was in pain and the palette kept falling out. The final straw was when i had an appointment but needed to rearrange due to my son being unwell with covid. Rang up almost 48hrs in advance and the lady said that shouldnt be a problem. She then rang back and Mr Bamrah had said if i don't attend my appointment i will be thrown out of the surgery. The lady was so apologetic and understood i couldn't come. Was the height of the pandemic and Mr Bamrah was totally unreasonable. So therefore when i rang to make a new appointment I'd been removed from their list. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and I've not been able to get a new dental surgery due to none taking on because of covid. I'm in agony as Mr Bamrah was half way through my treatment. No understanding that my 9yr old son was very ill with covid!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! Mr Bamrah you ought to be ashamed of yourself!!!

No waiting weeks for an appointment and they fit you in asap if your are in pain. Not the most modern of waiting room and there are stairs but very clean, I've been coming here for 25 years.

Always a pleasant experience. Dr Bamrah is very diligent and cautious when it comes to discomfort; you'll find yourself reassuring him often that it's okay to carry on.

Absolutely brilliant made my experience very comfortable and at ease very pleasant atmosphere highly recommend to anyone as I dislike dentist visits this one was super many thanks
