Most compassionate and understanding stuff I have ever come across ever! Hopelessly in tears I called up with massive tooth ache as a last resort as NHS has refused to help me. I called Lupin's, a few weeks ago for trouble with a suspecting wisdom tooth. I had tried to make contact with my own dentist but unfortunately they had no appointments nor the time to speak to me about my worries. I called Lupin's after speaking to a few dentists in Faversham who again had little time or compassion as I was quite nervous. I called Lupin's and spoke to Lisa, she went above and beyond for me, as a new patient she took the time to listen to my worries and explained to me what was happening with my tooth, she booked me in for the following day to see a dentist and noted down my worries, Could not have asked for a kinder lady to speak to, especially when my own dentist's staff had been rather rude, Thank you Lisa and Lupin's for the exceptional service.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care and kindness that I have received from Dr Richard Linton and team, after I broke three front teeth after a nasty fall. He was kind, caring and did his very best to not only restore my smile, but to give me a better one. Thank you so much.
