Very prompt service! I requested the earliest possible appointment for my daughter and got one after two days. But they got back to us in a few moments once they had a cancellation, and gave her an appointment for the same evening.. Highly appreciated 🙂

I have recently moved to Farnborough and needed a new dentist. I had my first appointment with Anita and she was brilliant. I have a big fear of the dentist, yet she put my worries at ease. I have had some work on my crown and she was amazing. Love their payment plan options so I can spread out the cost in installments. Highly recommended

Ratna is absolutely fabulous! My son stanley is registered here, today had a dental emergency... was late in the day so I was sceptical that he would get an appointment. The team went above and beyond and was treated and sorted within an hour. Unfortunately the practice are at full capacity with nhs patients. I personally am with another practice which have offered stanley a place at their surgery but I will definitely be keeping my son at my dentist farnborough- it really is exceptional in my opinion!

Aqui kabani is a considerate kind understanding dentist she advises you on all steps of the work she is doing and makes you feel so comfortable the dentures she made for me are fantastic upper and lower teeth I'm so happy she definitely gave me my smile back her assistant is lovely to. My Dentist Aqsa Karbani is excellent. I feel very comfortable with her. She is very gentle and done very good job on my teeth.

2 recent procedures: one fairly routine, completed perfectly; one emergency, sudden considerable pain - very fast response, appointment found very quickly, again, done perfectly. Also, my wife has restricted mobility, I spoke to receptionist, she immediately found a solution, without making any fuss nor embarrassment - excellent.

I was very disappointed with my recent hygiene appointment. Although the appointment was booked for 30 minutes, I was called in 10 minutes late. A significant portion of the remaining time was spent on questions and typing on the computer, and the actual cleaning lasted only around 9 minutes. This meant that less than one-third of the scheduled appointment time was spent carrying out the treatment I had attended for. I understand that patient records and medical information need to be updated, but this should not significantly reduce the time available for the hygiene treatment itself. In addition, there was no explanation or apology for the delayed start, and I was not informed that the cleaning would be so brief. Given the short duration of the procedure, I do not believe a proper assessment and thorough cleaning could have been completed. The overall experience felt rushed, poorly organised, and did not meet the standard of care I reasonably expected from a professional dental practice. I was charged £105 for what appeared to be less than 10 minutes of cleaning, and I do not feel my teeth were cleaned at all, let alone properly. In my view, 9 minutes is nowhere near enough time to carry out a deep cleaning. I was then told that I needed to book another appointment for an additional £105. For the price charged, I expected a more thorough treatment and a clearer explanation of why further costly appointments were necessary. Unfortunately, I left feeling dissatisfied with both the service and the value for money.
