A very good experience, from warm welcome to professional courtesy, care and expertise. A recent root canal treatment was clearly explained along with options, risks and benefits. The procedures were easy, painless and I have every confidence recommending this dental practice to others.

Best dental practice I’ve ever been registered with and I’m a patient in my 80s. My dentist is so professional and caring and most of all he puts his patients at ease and treats them with great respect. Reception team and clinic are second to none.

Fees complaint (hygienist) I had excellent treatment and advice from the dentist I saw on Monday. She charged about £113, which included 3 x-rays plus a free follow-on appointment. These charges felt reasonable, being around £100 per hour for a qualified dentist’s time. She also arranged for hygiene treatment (clean, scale and polish) with a plan for treatment I was told cost £108.15, which sounded excessive but I agreed with this’level 2 treatment’ for that sum and made an appointment. This morning I was with the hygienist for 30 minutes for the initial stage of level 2 treatment and a follow-up visit was made to finish the treatment. I had assumed that I would pay when the treatment was finished but I was asked to pay. I paid and said I was therefore paying for the next visit in advance. I was then told (after the receptionist checked with the hygienist ) that I would have to pay the same again next time ie £216.30 per hour just for the hygienist! This can’t be right? I cancelled the second appointment but am aggrieved as I feel like I have only received half the treatment and am let down by the practice.

The dentists are very competent, thorough and friendly. The dental nurses are also very friendly. I recently needed an emergency appointment due to toothache and was able to get an appointment the following morning. As a relatively new patient, I have only seen a hygienist once but had the best clean I've ever had. I'm very happy with moving to this practice.

This is a really great dental practice. My dentist Sunny is superb as is his dental nurse . Everyone is very professional and well trained . Sunny explains everything clearly is very patient and the nurse , Holly , is great too . I would not go anywhere else and I have great confidence in Sunny and his team . Highly recommend.
