Bupa Dental Care Ewloe

Not been to the dentist for over 30 years due to fear and anxiety from awful previous dental care delivery . I was in urgent need of treatment as I had an abcess that was causing all sorts of problems before rupture. I contacted Bupa dental care in Ewloe in desperation but they have totally restored my faith in the whole process from booking in with Clollette who has been lovely and her communication throughout has been just great. Anyway having booked in, had an assessment with Ves and started on antibiotics for a week, Collette booked me in again and yesterday I had a tooth extraction by Ves which was a totally positive experience other than losing a tooth . Ves could see I was anxious but took the time to explain everything and was absolutely brilliant so BIG thanks to him for his care, attention and professionalism. I can't say enough how much better I feel now the tooth has gone but also moving forward I I have found a dental team that cares so thanks guys . Kind Regards Ian

Gill & Elaine were amazing. I hadn't been to the hygienist in a long time. They explained everything and made we feel so relaxed. Very knowledgeable and provided brilliant tips on what I can do at home. See you both in 6 months.

I visited the dentist this morning, first of all the receptionist were very kind and helpful. The dentist I had my appointment with was swathi chintala, swathi was absolutely lovely, she made me feel at ease, she explained all options that were available to me in detail. Swathi also had a lovely dental nurse along side her who was also lovely . All in all very happy with everything. Thankyou to both of you

I visited Bupa Dental Care in Ewloe today for two fillings and, as a very nervous patient, I was quite anxious beforehand. I honestly can’t believe how positive the experience was. Swathi, the dentist, and Courtney, the dental nurse, were incredibly understanding, professional and reassuring from start to finish. They made me feel completely at ease. I didn’t feel a thing during the procedure, even the needle, which is usually the part I worry about most. What really stood out was their communication with each other while they worked. It was clear they are a great team, and the way they coordinated meant everything was done quickly, smoothly and very professionally. I would highly recommend Bupa Dental Care Ewloe, especially Swathi and Courtney. If you’re a nervous patient like me, you’ll be in very good hands

Excellent treatment to extract broken tooth with Swathi Chintala and dental nurse. The staff at reception were very helpful in explaining all the treatment costs and choices. Overall very reassuring Dental Practice.

They didn’t judge when I came in for an emergency appointment were friendly and made me feel at ease waiting room very cold but apart from that it’s made me not as anxious to go back to receive regular treatment

Great practice, Ivan Sasu is basically the best dentist I have ever been to, kind and friendly and works miracles, and the reception staff are always really friendly and welcoming too.
