Fantastic service from start to end. I’m am very nervous of the dentist but the ladies on reception Grace and Emma put me at ease straight away. They were so welcoming and helpful showing genuine care. I had my check up with Ajit the dentist and his assistant Jina. I was very nervous as I sat in the chair but he immediately put he at ease. Very clam patient and gentle. Gave me some great advice to help with some gum issues. I’ve never left a dentist this calm in 40years! Thank you so much. A brilliant and very well run little practice.

Very skilled and kind dentist who had looked after my teeth for over twenty years. It is a very busy practice and the receptionists have a very difficult job as the present lack of NHS dentists across the country means that they have to deal with patients desperate to find dental care . Over all the receptionists handle these and their regular patients with politeness and compassion

My dentist of 26 years moved and went private. I logged onto the dental portal and was allocated to My Dentist in Queensferry. I was a little anxious but my fears were soon dismissed. From my first step into My Dentist with the amazing reception staff, who were so friendly and kind, to meeting Mr Mahmood and Tarina, I was blown away of how wonderfully kind, friendly and supportive they all are. Mr Mahmood was clearly looking out for what was best for me and I really felt at ease. Tarina( really hope I have your name right) was so attentive to my needs too. I am so pleased I have a new Dentist and practice here. You are all so worthy of top stars. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Mr Mahmood, you really are a superstar of a Dentist who I could trust within the first few minutes of meeting you. Tarina, you are a superstar of a dental nurse.

I was disappointed with my recent visit. The dentist Vijaya Laxmi came across as rude and dismissive, and I did not feel respected as a patient.

Excellent service from Emma and the team.They are always professional and keen to help patients. As im petrified of dentists, Meenal is very gentle and patient with me overall cannot wish for better care .

Arguably one of the worst dental places I’ve had the experience of dealing with. Initially went in due to a cracked and infected tooth, the dentist I initially had compacted the tooth because she thought the nerve had died, realised it hadn’t and panicked and jabbed me with an emergency local anaesthetic. After compacting it this put enormous pressure on my tooth, causing considerable pain (I paid £90 for this). She booked me in for a root canal 4 days later with my actual dentist to my surprise not booking enough time in. Therefore I was going to be turned away until I forced them to do something due to the pain. Had an advised root canal with less than 60% success rate and of course it failed. Nearly £1,000 spent down the drain and had the cheek to charge me to get rid of it. I’ve now left it and caused me no end of trouble with painful, bleeding gum problems. Have seen another private dentist and they have even told me to submit a claim to the dentist board for negligence. AVOID!!!

Vijaya Laxmi has terrible service. She is a very rude woman. I do not recommend her. No one should go to her for dental services.
