The service, care, and treatments I received have been exceptional and far exceeded my expectations. My severe fear of dental surgery contributed to the deterioration of my teeth and gum health, making my situation unmanageable. However, Nuvo Dental welcomed me into a calming and relaxed atmosphere, offering a flexible approach to complex dental surgery and treatment plans. Most importantly, everything was completed without discomfort. Thank you for restoring my confidence in dental treatment.

After a 2 year lapse, due to an issue first time round, I saw Paul for a check up. I hadn’t seen Paul previously. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He extracted my tooth and was very gentle, explaining the process as he proceeded. Because I had not attended the practice for two years, I was charged the same as a new patient. Which was more than if I had continued visiting after my initial registration. As a senior this was a bit annoying. However, the treatment I received from Paul was exceptional. I wish Nuvo Dental offered senior rates. I can now recommend Nuvo Dental and have recommended it to a neighbour.

I attend Nuvo Dental for my regular checkups. These are always done well with appropriate care and advice. All the team are friendly, polite and efficient. I am very thankful to be on their NHS list.

I have regular check ups, travelling some distance to return to this practice. Always professional in all areas, admin and treatment. But more than that - friendly and welcoming - which, as a trans person, I find so reassuring and comforting. Thank you.

All good here - appointment times were always reliable so I arrived in good time and saw the dentist on time. My dentist Jennifer was kind, patient and reassuring - had several fillings over a number of visits. Would recommend this dental practice without hesitation - from the reception staff through to dentist and dental nurses, they were interested in patients and patient outcomes.

I was (very fortunately) able to get my children in to Nuvo Dental and, although I have to travel from Tiverton, I can honestly say that I have never been at a friendlier, nicer and kinder dental practice. All staff, without fail, are lovely and the dentist in particular was wonderful with my super anxious son.

Did a root canal on my front tooth. Drilled to far into my gum/jaw. To be fair he did tell me that he did it, but didn't explain about the pain I was about to go through for 5 days! It wasn't an abscess of puss, it was a growth full of blood from where he drilled too far. I tried to burst this with a scalpel at home because of the pain, but it didn't work. Went back to him, and when he burst it it's just kept bleeding, no puss , just blood coming from where he drilled too far. Pretended that oh that's strange, rather than admitting it was because of what he did.
