Absolutely fantastic dentist, even though I'm not actually on their books as a patient, I was sent to them via the emergency dental team, the lovely dentist did a root canal when I thought they would just remove my tooth, now what I love about this practice is she doesn't unnecessarily inject you with anesthetic, if you can bare the pain then she will do it without, I Absolutely hate needles in the roof and inside of the gumline so she's a godsend she really is. And she also takes her time with what she is doing, nothing feels rushed at all. She really doesn't know how much I appreciate her for saving the tooth and for the work she does, one of the very few NHS dentists still working. Thanks again

This happened about a decade ago, and I haven’t spoken about it. Until now. It’s time to put them on blast and get some form of justice for my grandfather and my grandmother. So my grandmother had a broken tooth, just completely broken in 2. The female dentist kept filling it. Of course the filling would keep falling out, and it was a never ending cycle for a few months. My grandmother was in excruciating pain with this split tooth. My grandfather decided to pay them a visit and to call them out on their incompetence. He didn’t shout, he didn’t raise his voice, he was however stern so the point would get across. The receptionist then proceeded to SCREECH at my grandfather, pretended to cry with zero tears, and had my entire family kicked out by association. My grandfather was also a patient of this dentistry. He would get ridiculed for struggling to keep still on a number of occasions. He had Parkinson’s. A syndrome of which they WERE aware of. Absolutely ableist and despicable practice.

Absolutely amazing dentist. The lady dentist takes so much pride in her work. My daughters tooth had root canal and a composite filling, you would never know as the tooth looks so amazing that there was any damage from her accident. I'm so eternally grateful as we couldn't get an NHS dentist but these got her in urgently and dealt with her kindly.

I am in my 70s now and when younger always had such a fear of dental appts but Goska and Rafa here are the best dentists ever and have put my mind at rest for many years now. Calm and reassuring never any pain may they always stay in Dawlish. Even my grandson enjoys going. Many many thanks to you both

Myself, my husband and my son have been nhs patients of diplomat dental for the past few years and have always been very happy with the service we receive. I had always had issues with anxiety around dentists but Goska is lovely and I always feel at ease in her care, all the staff are lovely and friendly. We always receive thorough checkups, follow ups, care and advice and I would highly recommend Goska and her team.

This was the second emergency dentist appointment, previous one was another place who put my filling on top of the root in my tooth. Attended diplomat dentist, met by two females, completed x-ray (which didn’t happen at previous place), we’re able to see an impacted wisdom tooth as well as filling being right on the root!!. Treatment given and now pain free!!! Thank you so much for being so kind to me and supportive! But most of all for sorting the problem out!. Would absolutely recommend this place!.

I was referred here for an emergency appointment after another dental practice failed to find the issue. I was seen to quickly and throughly; had an X-ray where a hole right near my nerve was found. I was given a pain free filling and the dentist (whom I didn’t catch the name of) was very gentle and kind. If they were taking on nhs patients; I’d 1000% register with them. I have terrible anxiety regarding the dentist and I was made to feel comfortable and listened too. Thankyou!
