I booked an appointment with this clinic after seeing their open-day campaign for Invisalign, which advertised a free consultation. Shortly after booking, I received a call asking me to reschedule to an earlier date. However, when I attended, I was told the open day had actually been moved to the following week. During the appointment, I was advised that it would be better to attend the open day instead, as that is when they would carry out the scan and X-rays. I was also informed that a deposit would be required if I decided to proceed with treatment, and I indicated that I would think about it. I was then asked to attend the open day at 10 AM if interested. After the appointment, when I went to reception, I was unexpectedly asked to pay £27.99 for a check-up. I explained that I had come specifically for the Invisalign consultation linked to the open-day promotion, and that I would be returning the following week if I chose to proceed. This led to some back-and-forth before the receptionist acknowledged the misunderstanding and waived the charge. Overall, the clinical staff were polite, but the experience felt disorganised, and the communication around the offer and charges could have been clearer. I appreciate that the fee was ultimately waived, but the situation caused some unnecessary confusion. I hope the clinic improves clarity and consistency for future patients.

Highly recommend this surgery. Had to organise an emergency root canal as my own surgery wasn’t equipped for this procedure. Spoke to them on Wednesday and was given a check up appointment on Thursday. Seen Thursday and root canal booked in for Saturday morning. Highly efficient and professional service from Marie at Reception to Mr Mahfar who carried out the procedure. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Rosewood Dental.

I had an appointment with Aziz today and was genuinely impressed by the experience. He was incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough throughout the cleaning. My teeth feel amazing now — noticeably cleaner and fresher. He also gave me some great advice on how to improve my oral hygiene at home. Highly recommended!

I attended recently with a problem for the first time since the change in ownership and it was comforting to see familiar faces as the friendly and welcoming reception staff have been retained. Any worries about any drop in standards of treatment were quickly allayed and the whole experience (over three visits in total) was as good (if that is ever the right word for dental treatment) as previously experienced. I was treated by the practice owner and he was professional and reassuring and I have no fear about putting myself in his more than capable hands in the future.

Just had my first appointments with them as an NHS patient and they were brilliant. Quick registration, very helpful receptionist. The dentist made some recommendations but I didn't feel pressured at all to take up their other services, which I do appreciate. And the hygienist Azeez was very gentle, explaining every step of the process and making me feel at ease. Will definitely be returning to this clinic. I have been a patient of Rosewood Dental surgery for many years and have received a high level of service, the staff are always polite, helpful and professional. I recently started treatment to have implants and although the first stage was for a very long time, the staff were also addressing my needs, I was even given a massage to help with the discomfort, which was such a nice gesture. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to visit this dental practice.
