I was really impressed with the level of care and professionalism. The dentist Fiona was calm, thorough, and very reassuring with my daughters , which made her feel comfortable throughout. The receptionist was equally kind and professional, handling everything so smoothly every time. Highly recommend.

Attended the surgery for my appointment today & was greeted by the lovely Kerry & Rob who are always so welcoming/warm when you visit the surgery & knowledgeable when asking them for information. Dr Dudley knight was very good also & very professional with dealing with my issue today so thank you all!! Was a very nice, quick, easy/ pain free experience. The practice has terrible receptionists and service, calls to practice are not taken seriously and receptionists are rude and dismissive of any issues faced . Booking appointments is incredibly difficult and frustrating and the lack of communication from staff and terrible information provision just makes every appointment horrible and downright awful. In addition, I suspect that the practice values money over patient comfort as every single time I have had an appointment, I have been recommended to receive a different treatment every other time , whereas upon consultation with my usual dentist, the treatment has been advised as absolutely unnecessary. I am extremely disappointed and will be looking to change my orthodontist soon.

Where to start Myself and my husband have been coming here for many a year and had heard that it had recently been taken over by new management. We decided to remain with the practice due to us being long standing patients of the previous owners. To our shock the practice has gone down hill, the outside is always covered in litter and the whole outside is extremely unwelcoming. Whenever we book an appointment, we are constantly being called up by reception who has told us it needs to be rescheduled for one reason of another very inconsistent. If that was not bad enough the endless changes of dentist and staff is becoming concerning as there always seems to be new staff and different people each time we go and we never see any of the old staff. My granddaughter is currently going through braces treatment with them and has had a nightmare, bits of the brace falling off and my daughter is constantly needing to take her out of school to get it repaired which is causing destress as she is in her GCSE year . It’s so sad to see what once was a lovely family welcoming practice turn into what it is now the whole environment has completely changed it doesn’t appear to be very clean, there’s strong smell of damp, we cannot get through to the practice on the phone.

I visited this clinic with my son. The front office staff were very welcoming! Dr Sara was really helpful with my son's dental needs. She gave me full information as to what is needed and good for him. I would highly recommend this clinic.

My child has had to come in so many times for repairs. My son has been in pain for a while because the wire went into his cheek and caused bleeding. We seem to be constantly in and out. So many people I know who got braces elsewhere haven’t had a single problem, which makes this even more frustrating. When I called today to get an appointment the lady said that there is no dentist, all the rooms are empty. They have no staff. Frustrated.

My sons are treated here. The receptionist and orthodontist are all very friendly and nice. Very professional. The only problem is the availability of the appointments which we have to 2 to 3 months for another appointment if I need to cancel. Otherwise very good orthodontist. Would definitely recommend.
