Dental Care Croydon

I had a brilliant experience on visiting Bupa Dental care. Croydon. Mary Rutherford is the most amazing dentist I ever had. Thorough , sensitive care , great explanation and aftercare discussed. Thank you keep up the great work. Breda the hygienist at the practice is also a brilliant professional. Always gives brilliant and advice with a smile. Keep up the great work ladies.

Was supposed to go for a hygienist appointment last week. I arrived for the appointment, checked in fine and then was met with the RUDEST receptionist I've ever met. As I have a Bupa membership and I was low on money I wanted to check before I had my appointment that my membership covered this. The receptionist refused to tell me stating that she could only tell me after the appointment if I was covered. One of the stupidest things I've ever heard in my life, imagine having a Bupa membership and not being able to know until after you've racked up £120 if your membership covers it? The receptionist stated sarcastically that "that's always been the way" which was just a lie as last time I went they were able to tell me that before the appointment. She added that comment with a condescending laugh? Why are you working with people if you're predisposed to be rude to customers? Anyway, this practice is shutting down so who gets the last laugh, good luck getting another job in customer service with that attitude, hope their teeth fall out too.

The reception member of staff tutted me back to the reception desk like she was a school teacher and I was a child. When I smiled and acknowledged her. She did not smile and apologise. The customer service on reception is ignorant.

Excellent bupa dental clinic , everyone s very professional , super friendly , caring and always willing to help , great service from receptionists , to hygienist , dentist and assistants , highly recommend to everyone , thank you for helping restore my happy healthier whiter smiles 😃

Recently visited for a hygiene appointment, absolutely fantastic, cannot rate this practice highly enough a 10/10 from me. Sara the receptionist who i spoke to was extremely helpful and informative over the phone and equally welcoming on the day of my visit, my treatment was carried out by Breda who literally brought my smile back to life, done an amazing job, Probably the best practice I’ve used - will definitely be back. 🙂
