Great customer service at the reception. All the dentists are lovely and very professional. The prices are good compared to the private clinics. The building is always clean. All the treatments are good. I've been treated in this clinic since 3 years ago and I strongly recommend it.

Had a great experience at the dental surgery today inspite of my phobia for the dentist. Dr Hena made me feel so relaxed and she was very quick and efficient and advised me on more care for my teeth until we meet again. I was so pleased that I booked my next appointment and to see her again. The reception staff were also great in giving me a suitable appointment and not keeping me waiting and also accommodating my request to be seen downstairs. I strongly recommend them if you ever require dental services

I’ve been an NHS patient at this practice for years and, frankly, I’ve no intention of going anywhere else. From the moment you walk in, the reception team are actually pleasant to deal with. Not the forced, plastic sort of pleasant either. They’re friendly, organised, and seem to know what they’re doing, which already puts you in a better mood before anyone starts poking around your teeth. My dentist (Dr. Hena Patel) is excellent. Properly professional, thorough, and explains things in plain English instead of dentist-speak. You never feel rushed out the door, and I always leave thinking, "Right, that’s sorted," rather than wondering what just happened OR what it’s going to cost me next time. Location wise, it’s spot on. Right by the tram stop, so getting there is easy whether you’re local or coming in from elsewhere. No epic trek required, which is always a bonus when the appointment itself isn’t exactly your idea of fun. Being an NHS patient here doesn’t feel like you’ve joined the bargain queue either. The care is solid, the treatment is taken seriously, and you’re treated like a normal human being, not a budget option.

Today, Monday 29 June, I called the reception to book an appointment. The receptionist I spoke to was very rude and spoke to me in an unacceptable manner. I am currently pregnant, and I found her attitude upsetting and disrespectful. When I asked to book an appointment, she told me that if I book an appointment and do not attend, I must call to cancel it. I understand the importance of cancelling appointments if I cannot attend. However, the surgery has cancelled my appointments several times without any fault on my part, and on some occasions they booked new Patients to appointments without informing me when I said to her I understand it wasn’t my fault she booked the appointment and cut off no thanks not please nothing how these kind of people working in reception that not understand how to talk with the people how to be nice and show them they’re part of that clinic and not good to treat with the patience like that be nice and kind to patience they way your accepting from others thanks !!!!!!
