Crewe Dental Practice

Since Mr Hibbert has sadly retired absolutely awful experience rude dentist Tendite with a proper upsell attitude and rushed service. Didn’t provide any explanation of what they were doing and moaned when I questioned them. There was no pre warning of appointment being changed due to Mr Hibberts retirement either which was extremely disappointing. Also when doing my exam failed to even notice that 2 teeth are missing I have never had these and the other person marking it down had to question it so I wouldn’t trust anything that they say. However due to these factors lack of explanations and upsell attitude I wouldn’t recommend this practice.

Excellent care is always provided by a team of professionals who always go above and beyond to provide and accommodate the best possible dental care in Crewe. Every team member from the receptionist to the dental professionals and dental support staff are outstanding and I can not thank them enough for the care and continued confidence to know that my family and I, are receiving the best possible dental care. Thank you and well done to everyone who works at the surgery!

Sat in reception to discover Mr Hubert has retired, he was a great dentist. Understood my anxiety after Covid, sad to discover this

Mr Hibbert has retired, it's been taken over ' not for the good, went with toothache to be looked at ' he put a needle or something on the gum and I nearly jumped out of the chair with pain' did that hurt he said .went to give me an injection but didn't numb the gum first' yes painful again ' sorry no trust.

Totally disgusted the way we have been treated by this dentist we were in a pandemic for 18 months so you couldn't see the dentist and because we hadn't been for 2yrs there dental board threw us off we both wear dentures so shouldn't need to go every 6 months plus the 18 month's not allowed to go to the dentist we now cannot get in with an nhs dentist anywhere carnt find this dental board to appeal we are both in our 60s so cannot afford private treatment feel so let down been trying everywhere since last August worst treatment of people ever

Always have great service from my dentist Sarah, my teeth look great Sarah does a great job and always gives me good advice

This is the best dentists, great work, reception friendly, I would not go elsewhere
