I had an emergency appointment today from having face pain caused by a wisdom tooth. The dentist was very professional and had my tooth out in under two minutes! I was in disbelief when he said it was all done, to say I'm impressed is an understatement. The receptionist's were also fantastic and welcoming. Overall it was a great experience and I'll be making Crawley Dental Clinic my family's dentist from now on.

I recently had treatment at Crawley Dental Clinic, including a white filling and a cleaning, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dr Aarsh was absolutely fantastic—very professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. I was quite nervous due to a broken tooth, but his calm approach and clear explanations really helped. The quality of the work was excellent, and I’m very happy with the results. Everything was handled with great care and attention to detail. I highly recommend Dr Aarsh to anyone looking for a skilled and considerate dentist. Thank you again for such a great experience!

What a breath of fresh air. Joined this dentist today. Not only was it in a lovely location and equally lovely house, we were met with a smile and a big welcome. Everything was explained clearly and the dentist was very nice indeed. It was the perfect place to go to for something that is most of the time a very stressful thing to do. It certainly added a feeling of calm. Dentist appointments won’t seem so miserable from now on! Lovely place!!

I have serious dental anxiety, but Dr Botha was amazing. So patient, kind and genuinely funny - which helped more than he probably realizes. He did a great job and made the whole experience much less scary than I expected. I highly recommend his services. Thank you Dr Botha!

UPDATE Feb 19th 2026 I just had another amazing and cringe expierence from the team and my amazing dentist Dr Rikul Patel... he is so caring and accommodating withbme being a nervous patient. Today I had to have three upper extractions which I was so wore8ed about yet he and the lovely nurse were so supportive and so quick to get those teeth out.. I couldn't belive it.. it was over before I knew it. Such a good expierence today yet again. Lastly.. my Immediate dentures.. are absolutely amazing and looks so much better than the hunk of plastic I was using prior to joining this dentist. I understand they are only for short term and will change but I love them. This has given me so much confidence in myself and in going to the dentist long term again. Thank you all so much you and the reception team are absolutely wonderful. Connie and my new dentist at crawley have been utterly amazing. They have amazing reviews and for good reason. I finally feel I csn get on top of my oral health and its all thanks to them. Connie really helped me out and is so lovely and professional on reception too. Im so glad I am with these guys. Also I will say I am a nervous patient but they are so supportive there

I’d been struggling for just under a week with wisdom tooth pain, working long shifts I was unable to get myself into a dentist to get the problem resolved. After a shift that finished early I attempted 3 local dentists - all of which couldn’t get me in nor book me as a patient. However the Crawley Dental Clinic went above and beyond. I was registered that afternoon and an appointment booked the following morning. I attended and had a warm reception, fast assessment of the issue and resolved faster than expected. Honestly thank you.

I was referred to Crawley Dental Clinic for a wisdom tooth extraction, that took place today. As a nervous patient, Matt Botha and his assistant made me feel totally at ease. We all had a lovely chat and joke whilst waiting for the anaesthetic to kick in, and their calm demeanour made me feel safe and like I was in secure hands. The extraction itself took about 10-15 seconds, my tooth literally popped out after a few prods. It is clear that Matt is an incredibly skilled dentist, with a fantastic assistant. I walked into my appt at 1030 and was on my way home by 10:45. I couldn’t believe how quick and easy the actual extraction was, I was expecting the extraction itself to take about 20mins - but it honestly was over in what must’ve been a matter of seconds. Could not recommend this practice more, and feel very lucky to have had my extraction here! I hope if I ever need any future work, I can come back to Crawley Dental Clinic.
