I had a fantastic experience at this dental practice. The entire team is welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. I would especially like to thank Dr. Shane and Johnson. I've always been quite nervous about going to the dentist due to previous experiences, but they completely changed that for me. They were kind, patient, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout every step of my treatment. Their calm and reassuring approach helped ease my anxiety, and I felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. I’m so grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend them.

On 26th May 2026, I had the BEST experience i had at a dentist! Dr Shane and his assistant to me are the best I terms of professionalism and making the patient feel comfortable. No equal! I must also add the receptionists are also the friendliest and professional at the same time. This practice to me is the top of the tree on terms of treatment, outcome and professionalism and somehow warm towards patients at the same time. Thank you Dr Shane, his assistant and South Cliff Dental Group team!

Money grabbers. Told me I needed 8 fillings, got a second opinion from a much more trusted dentist and only needed 1. Was close to paying around £700 when really it should’ve been £70. Crazy to think how many people they have probably scammed. Also remember asking the dentist to explain where I needed the fillings on the X-Ray, he waffled on and now I understand why. Very poor and feel bad for any patients who have experienced the same and gone ahead with it.

I am totally appalled and disgusted. If I could give negative stars I would. I arrived 10mns late for my appointment but I called beforehand and left a voicemail message to inform them that I was running late. I waited for an hour and ten minutes and when I hadn't been seen, I asked the receptionist how long. She went to check and came back and told me it was going to be a little bit longer, she then asked me if I'd like to reschedule. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Time wasted, money wasted on travel and I will be claiming it back. It looks like you prioritise paying customers. It was the one thing I noticed whilst waiting. We all have things to do. Nobody's life is more important than the other.

I had an appointment booked at South Cliff Dental Clinic and had already paid for the hygiene cleaning. The staff called me to inform that my appointment was cancelled because the dental chair was broken and an engineer was being arranged. I have been suffering from dental pain for the last 15 days, so this cancellation caused serious inconvenience. During the call, the staff member disconnected abruptly and did not return my call despite multiple attempts. Very unprofessional handling, especially when patients are in pain and have already paid in advance.

Really happy with my visit to South Cliff Dental Group Bewbush. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the dentist was kind and professional. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable throughout my appointment. Would definitely recommend

They are not my practice but I had broken a tooth,rang them at 08.30 and was seen in half an hour. All sorted. Staff were amazing
