Coulsdon Dental Practice

Fantastic service yesterday! I’m usually terrified of the dentist, but she was so patient and understanding that I felt completely at ease. The whole team – from the receptionist to the dentist and assistant – were friendly and welcoming. I’ve now switched to this practice and would definitely recommend, especially if you’re a nervous patient.

Really great service yet again from Lee and the team. Always pleased to see you, and constantly checking to see if you are satisfied with the results. I am always impressed that Lee summarises where we are with the treatment and confirms what the steps for that day will be. Good job, thank you.

First time at this dental practice and was happy with the experience, I had read all the reviews before, some bad but most good, Lee and his assistant Paris were lovely, professional but personable. Explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and also not making me feel uncomfortable during the examination. Treatment plan and options discussed, next appt booked in. Very happy with my first visit. Hope they are all as good as this.

I have a huge phobia of the dentist, I have not sat in a dentist chair for 6 years and would have panic attacks before this. Lee was phenomenal and I felt so at ease with him - the dentist itself is super clean and reception staff are friendly.

Worst experience of my life. Went in with my daughter and the dentist ( Lee Windrum) couldn’t have been more rude and dismissive even if he tried. My daughter was in tears after. He made us feel worthless and as if we were bothering him. Bordering on passive aggressive.
