Avoid this place at all costs. My experience was extremely disappointing, and the way my appointment was handled was unacceptable. I booked a dental appointment for 27/06/2026, and on 24/06/2026 I received both a text message and a phone call confirming the appointment. When I arrived, I was told it had been rescheduled to 04/07/2026. The receptionist claimed she had spoken to me and that I had agreed to the new date, which is completely false. I never received any call, text, or email informing me that my appointment had been changed. When I questioned this, the receptionist was rude and insisted she had spoken to me. She said all calls are recorded, so I asked to hear the recording, but she refused. I requested my deposit back and left. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no attempt to resolve the issue or rebook my appointment. Avoid this place at all costs. They need reliable and professional staff on reception who communicate honestly and treat customers with respect.

Fantastic dentist surgery!!! I am a new patient and have had bad experiences of dentist in the past . I had to have a tooth extraction and Raman sandhj the dentist was amazing ..I was so scared but she was absolutely fantastic .I have just had to have a hygienist appointment first one ever because of being so scared of going to the dentist. Palma Tayi was also fantastic ,You definitely get treated better when paying private. Would definitely recommend this dentist.

Can't fault this place. Receptionists are always friendly and helpful, moving appointments is never an issue. Only ever had good experiences with hygenist Padma and dentist Sago, who gave me 2 painless fillings. Always a pleasure going, would highly recommend to anyone!

As a new patient I have been treated so well by the 72 Dental Team and highly recommend them. I was pleasantly surprised by the wisdom tooth removal process and aftercare provided. I had no issues following it and they are a very attentive team. Thank you.

Amazing from start to finish. For a very nervous patient petrified of dentists and needing a wisdom tooth extraction…I could not have asked for better- right from Louise and Jane at reception through to the actual procedure- kind, patient and most importantly pain free- like literally no pain. Thanks to Dr Jaguar! Highly recommended.

I’m so delighted I chose this dental surgery after recently moving to Coulsdon. The reception staff here are absolutely amazing, they are so compassionate. I’ve now registered my whole family here because of the positive experience I had. I saw Dr Jaguar and I cannot stop singing his praises, the man is brilliant. I felt so relaxed with him, he makes you very comfortable and I hold deep gratitude for his kindness and expertise. For the first time after seeing many dentists I now know I am definitely in good hands.

Absolutely fantastic dental clinic! The reception team are always friendly and very knowledgeable — they make you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Dr Mo is exceptional, always takes the time to explain every treatment option clearly. I always feel confident and well cared for here. Highly recommend!
