Had the best experience with Nina & Hannah today! Was greeted by Hannah to take me through to the treatment room and Nina carried out my scale & polish with ease and competence and we even managed to get a bit of banter and a wee laugh in between! Overall a fabulous experience today and my teeth feel clean & cared for! Please thank both of them again and lastly, I should mention the lovely lady on reception! I didn’t get her name but she was knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to deal with! Looking forward to my next visit which will be to see the dentist for my yearly check and I am hoping for Callum if he is still occasionally working with the practice but if it can’t be him then hopefully a dentist of Callum’s high standard & professionalism! Amazing service, Nina makes you feel so relaxed and is very friendly. Nina knows her service users well and can remember previous conversations from previous visits and always comments on that. I usually feel stressed coming to dentist but I am becoming more chilled knowing that Nina is there to reassure you and give you advice and support when required.

I had a very disappointing experience at Buchanan Dental Care. Despite having a visible cavity that needed prompt treatment, my appointments were repeatedly used just to take more X-rays and schedule yet another visit instead of actually fixing the problem. The dentist even asked for permission to use my images for their own work, but still did not proceed with the actual treatment that was promised. This led to unnecessary delays and even affected my work schedule. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience.
Could not fault the treatment I had from Alicea but concerned that the treatment has risen from £55 to £70 in such a short time. Will have to consider whether or not I shall pay it in the future.
Great experience with Nina, she made me feel very at ease. My teeth feel so much better after my treatment
