Blairhill Dental Practice

Hi! I was referred here as I am an anxious patient due to previous bad experiences and I also have autism and additional needs. My dentist is Emma, and she made me feel very comfortable, safe and I understood everything that was going on at all my appointments. Prior to my recent extraction, I had multiple appointments to help me get used to the environment (through X-rays etc) and Emma and her dental assistant were great and explained every step to me. Could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you for helping me with my fear and being so supportive! Thank you to the ladies at reception too for being so welcoming

I was recently referred here as a nervous patient due to another dentist giving me a bad experience. I cannot begin to explain how amazing Maria is, a lovely, kind , calm and experienced dentist. She made me feel at ease at my first appointment explaining everything to then my second where I was sedated & had work carried out. I can’t thank this lady enough and her lovely dental nurse which I didn’t get her name. I can’t remember much about the work that got carried out however I feel much more confident with my smile and thankfully not too much pain afterwards. Maria even called the next day to ask how I was. Thank you so much everyone at Blairhill.

My daughter had to get some pretty extensive dental treatment, and she was well looked after at this practise. The staff are lovely, and the dentist (Danielle) was absolutely fantastic (as were the dental nurses). Every procedure was explained well, completed to an amazing standard and there was no issue getting appointments. If you are slightly nervous about visiting a dentist, just know you'll be in good hands at this practise. Thanks very much to all who work there

Just had 4 teeth reomoved, and 2 fillings, Andrew and the girls were absolutely brilliant, made me feel so at ease, Ps, James is my Sunday name, lol, thank you again, Grant

Asked to be taken on to this practice after seeing the good service my brother had received. My first visit yesterday went very well. Met by Paula the Dental Therapist who showed excellent professional skills and made a great job of cleaning and polishing my teeth. Also met the lead dentist Andrew who put me at ease for work needing done in the future. I have now had that work completed ie. a partial denture which Andrew made sure it was a very good fit before accepting it from the lab. Also had 3 fillings, one of which was given within 48 hours of asking for an appointment, all completed with very little discomfort . I can honestly say, from my experience , that Andrew and the Team at Blairhill operate a friendly and good profesional Dental practice.

I had to get an emergency appointment for an extremely painful tooth. I am a nervous patient but everyone there was so lovely and put me at ease. I needed my tooth extracted but the whole process was simple and pain-free. I'm gutted to live too far away as I'd love to continue going to Blairhill. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone in the local area.

I had a tooth out today which had previously been butchered by a dentist during lockdown, partly because there could be no aerosol procedures done. This left me terrified of going back to have this out as i was told this was "tricky" and "challenging". After some sedation and 10 mins in the chair, Andrew got the tooth with ease and made me so comfortable. Hes an amazing dentist and his staff are so lovely. If you are a nervous patient...go to this man. Thank you very much x
