Always a very friendly and professional service. So pleased with everything so far! I can’t find fault at all. Someone is always keeping an eye on messages and putting my mind at ease if I’m worried something is wrong. I can’t wait to see the full transformation but already I can see and feel major improvements. I began my Invisalign treatment with Pallant in June 2024, and finished in Feb 2026. Before starting, I was anxious about the cost, and whether the treatment would achieve the result I desired. However, I was immediately reassured by Alastair and his team who took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve, and explain clearly what could be done and how. The support throughout my treatment was great, and the team were also available to answer any questions or concerns. At the end of my treatment I was shocked by how much better my teeth, and my smile looked. I am incredibly happy with the result delivered by the Pallant team, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them enough.

We’ve had three family members treated at Pallant Advanced Dentistry, two with fixed braces and one with Invisalign, and the whole experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Everything felt seamless. The team were consistently friendly, professional and reassuring, making what could have felt daunting actually feel straightforward and well managed. I was really nervous before my first appointment, but all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was so easy to ask questions, and I felt relaxed and reassured throughout the whole process. I’ve had my braces for around five months now and can already see a huge difference! We were highly recommended to Pallant by a family member when my daughter needed braces . This did mean over an hours travelling each way to get to the appointments. Oh we are so glad we made that choice as it was absolutely the right choice with Pallant . My daughter was a little anxious about getting braces at first, as her teeth were quite misaligned, but she was quickly put at ease. She actually ended up looking forward to her appointments, which says everything about how wonderful the team are. The whole team of staff are absolutely amazing— always kind, patient reassuring and are so friendly. The transformation in her teeth has been incredible and she is so happy with her new smile, her teeth are perfect . She gets so many compliments about how amazing her teeth look . Alastair and the team at Pallant Dentistry are amazing. From my very first visit, I felt completely welcomed, and their professionalism and care have been outstanding throughout. My treatment took 20 months, and thanks to their use of Dental Monitoring (a remote app for tracking aligners) I only needed to visit the practice six times. I have just finished 15 months of aligner treatment to sort my overcrowded and very crooked teeth. Being aged 60, I wondered if I had left it a bit late but it has been so worth all of the effort. Under Alistairs professional expertise, guidance and exemplary support from all of his team, I have to say how happy I am with the results.
