Fantastic service, easy to talk to the staff about treatments and checkups and they explain it to you very simply. Receptionists are very friendly on the phone or in person, always smiling. Its reasonable quick to book appointments too. This is my first time going after 15 years too!
Always had a good experience in the many years I have been coming here. Friendly, helpful staff. Tatiana, my dentist is friendly, approachable and takes the time to explain things. The hygenist is also super smiley & friendly and puts you at ease. Great service all round.
The practice is clean and tidy.The recption staff are friendly and helpfull. The teatment I have recievied has always been exceptional and the practice was very quick to see me in an emergency.
Marisa is super-kind and puts me at ease. She explains everything patiently and clearly to ensure I am fully informed. She is fantastic!
Alaa has restored my faith in dentistry. I always feared going to the dentist in the UK as normal practice is to see how much money they can extract from you whilst giving you criticism and judging you. Alaa did not judge, just offered friendly advise, which helped me improve my routine. Alaa and Linda performed 2 complexed fillings recently with utter care and professionalism saving 2 of my teeth and preserving the visual integrity (not just shoving filler in) I now dont fear going to my dentist. If you can get an appointment I would highly recommend the practice, but especially Alaa. Thank you.
