Firs Dental Surgery

I was very apprehensive and worried about getting a root canal done however Zianeb made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. She is extremely skilled and I honestly did not feel any pain whatsoever or discomfort. The receptionist Michelle was also very warm and reassuring.

Highly recommend. Found this dentist 18 months ago and very thankful I did. Dentist Dr Said listens, provides clear guidance and is kind. Simone the hygenist is so lovely and has helped me so much. As a nervous patient and have struggled to find a dentist i feel confident going to regularly. I am grateful for the patience and reassurance this surgery provide. The whole team are friendly and welcoming.

Since the new management took over I must say that although the previous team preserved my teeth with many visits the new team fixed them really Great and visits are so much more directed at prevention than constantly fixing on going issues (Patient since 2022) 5* Dentistry at its best!

Always a great experience when visiting. They're especially great with my 2 young children, making them feel comfortable and giving stickers after the appointment! Lovely receptionist (Michelle) - Always helpful when booking/moving appointments. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend, I’m very nervous with dental treatment but the all the staff couldn’t have been more kind and reassuring, from the minute I walked in Michelle on reception straight away put me at ease and the dentist & assistant talked me through everything and made me feel really comfortable. I took my 3 year old autistic daughter with me who had never been to the dentist before they were kind enough to try and look at her teeth too which wasn’t an easy task in itself! I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Thank you Firs Dental!

Great experience, staff were very welcoming and friendly. The dentist explained all steps clearly for my treatment, would definitely recommend a visit. I had a broken teeth, but the route was fine, so they manage to fit a crown on top and it’s comfortable to bite on now.
