Greenisland Dental Practice

I can’t recommend Greenisland Dental Practice and their team enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel completely at ease. The office is clean and comfortable, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Everything was thoroughly explained and it was clear to me that the team cared that I was comfortable every step of the way…the care and attention to detail was so appreciated!

Having been with Lynn at greenisland practice for over 20 years I was concerned when she retired Needless to say I was worried for nothing. Chloe is lovely, very friendly and most of all professional. I can’t recommend the practice enough. The staff are fantastic.

Greenisland Dental Practice has been great every time I’ve needed them. They were especially helpful when I had to get an emergency appointment for tooth pain — they got me in quickly and were really understanding. Since then, I’ve been seeing Chloe for my treatment and she’s been brilliant throughout. She’s done a few fillings and a crown for me, and everything has been perfect. Chloe is friendly, reassuring, and always takes the time to explain what’s going on, which really helps if you’re nervous about the dentist. I was really fussy about my crown as I wanted it to look perfectly natural, Chloe couldn’t have been more patient with me and we took as many appointments as needed for me to be perfectly happy with it before it was done. I also have to mention Georgie. I am quite nervous in the dentist and she is always so upbeat, kind and has held my hand more than a few times. Plus she always ends up making me laugh which I never thought I’d do at the dentist! Between Chloe and Georgie, you really feel like you’re in safe hands and being and properly looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice and I can’t thank the entire team at Greenisland enough for all their help with my treatment plan - you have all made a huge difference for me 🙂

I highly recommend Greenisland Dental to anyone. After smashing my teeth out in an accident at 10 years old, I’ve had to have a huge amount of dental work over the last 40 years and I’ve had many traumatic experiences with other dentists. With Beverley, I finally feel I’m taken seriously with kindness, compassion and professionalism. Beverley is so patient with me, explains every treatment option clearly, puts my worries at ease and does a fantastic job every time. I’m so glad that, after so many years, I found a practice I can trust and I’m a very grateful and faithful patient of 10+ years now. Thank you for everything!

I can’t fault this practice. I moved from one who I had been with from childhood but had become complacent. Here I feel myself and my children receive the care and treatment we need in a relaxed, warm and friendly environment. Beverley is very professional and will go above and beyond to ensure your treatment is dealt with efficiently and comfortably. 10/10!

Not the same quality of care anymore. Had a bit of a complaint so I sent an email and heard nothing back despite me checking it was their correct email address. Rang to chase it up and management didn't have the decency to contact me themselves or offer an apology. I received a call from the receptionist letting me know if I wanted to change dentist they would sort it after summer when a new dentist starts. After the call I realised there was no acknowledgement of the issue or the pain and discomfort caused (albeit accidental). So plan cancelled and we've registered elsewhere after using the practice for the majority of our lives. *Edit* After writing this review I received a letter from the practice manager saying they'd investigate and aim to get back to me within 10 working days. That was dated may 30th and I'm still waiting by June 24th. I never replied to that letter as I assumed I had to wait on them getting back to me. Thankfully all 4 of us have found a new practice🙏

Excellent dental practice. Any treatment needed is thoroughly explained before taking place, and all options discussed. Made to feel at ease with all procedures required, even though I am a nervous patient when it comes to injections, nothing is too much trouble.
