FABULOUS DENTIST AND HYGIENISTS. I have lived in London and Edinburgh but have never had such a great dentist and Hygienist. The Reception is always very friendly and helpfull. Ossian is a fantastic dentist and Sarah and truly amazing hygienist everything is lovely , modern, clean and you never have to wait for long when you arrive. I've just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr Osian Davies at Gwena Dental Care, and I'm genuinely really pleased with the whole experience. I had my first consultation back in January and started treatment in March, and throughout the whole process Dr Davies was brilliant - friendly, clear, and really good at explaining everything in a way that made sense. I always felt like I could ask anything, and he'd give me proper, honest answers. The practice itself is very modern and high-tech, and everyone I dealt with was really friendly and helpful. The reception team were great too, especially early on when I had questions about Invisalign and was deciding whether to go ahead. Dr Davies is clearly very knowledgeable and professional, and the results speak for themselves - my teeth were not well aligned before, and I’m genuinely really happy with how everything has turned out. I felt very confident in his care from start to finish. I'd happily recommend Gwena Dental Care to anyone thinking about Invisalign or simply looking for a dentist who takes the time to do things properly.

From the moment I spoke with Dr Osian Davies from GWENA Dental he put me at ease. I’m a current patient of the practice and had been thinking about having implants and veneers for some time … but I’m very very nervous having had horrendous childhood experiences with dentists. I have hEDS which means very small palette and overcrowded teeth all shapes. If you’re in for a quick fix this isn’t for you ! Mine has been almost 9 months journey but I was told that originally and given a quotation explaining every step along the way. So was happy to proceed. The staff are very helpful and informative and the practice is very clean and bright. Dr Davies was extremely patient with me due to my anxiety and on several occasions discussed what I hoped to achieve and expectations. I visited the Lab a couple of times for colour matching so I could tweak my veneers before fitting. The implants were not as painful as I thought Dr Davies kept the anaesthetic topped up as with EDS patients it wears off quickly.. I’m so happy with my results very natural and feel very comfortable and more confident to smile more! If I could give GWENA more than 5 stars I would ! Very highly recommended!

Since joining Gwena I’ve found out so much about my teeth that I never knew. They are so thorough. I’ve just had my four front teeth redone - a mixture of veneers and crowns. I’m so thrilled with how they look. Tiba (my dentist) went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I even visited the lab to ensure the best colour match. Thanks Gwena!

Very operative! I have had an emergency and they helped me immediately. Very friendly and professional people. I booked again for a larger consultation. Long hall to get through as the building is constructed like that but easy to find at the first floor. The main entrance must be better signalised but also Tesco staff helping with guidance. Come earlier if you are first time visiting as is necessary to complete a form. High quality and high prices too. I’m happy to finally find a place to sort out implants in Cardiff.
