I had such a positive experience at this practice. From the moment I arrived, Tina and Lauren on reception were so friendly and welcoming, which instantly put me at ease. Gemma, the practice manager, was also lovely and made sure everything ran smoothly. I saw Jaya, who was absolutely brilliant. She took her time explaining everything clearly to both me and Kim, the trainee dental nurse, which made the whole appointment feel calm and reassuring. You can really tell how well the team works together. A genuinely friendly, professional practice with staff who go above and beyond. Highly recommend 😊

I booked an emergency appointment and pretty much knew I’d need a root canal, so I was super nervous going in. But it honestly turned out to be the best dental experience I’ve ever had From the moment I walked in, the welcome was so warm and reassuring. Sam and Tania were both so lovely and took the time to explain all my options clearly, which really helped calm my nerves. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I genuinely can’t believe how well the appointment went. I’m so grateful and will definitely be recommending them to everyone! Diolch!

I had a dental filling done today with Jaya and Grace and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was a bit anxious beforehand as I’m not great with needles, but they were both so kind, patient and reassuring from start to finish. They explained everything clearly throughout the procedure and made me feel completely at ease. The whole process was smooth, professional and genuinely pain free. My husband had an appointment today with Tas i went in with him for moral support we both have to say she made him feel really comfortable and was so nice. She showed her professionalism and was absolutely amazing. I'm not registered at this dentist but seeing how the staff and the team showed there excellence makes me won't to change.

I’m absolutely delighted with the treatment I received yesterday at my dental surgery. The staff were outstanding, starting with the receptionist, Renata, whose kindness, positive attitude, and warm welcome immediately put me at ease. She greeted me with a happy smile and truly positive energy. My dentist, Dr. Emily, was equally incredible—friendly, energetic, and professional. She took excellent care of me, explaining in detail the issues with my teeth and the treatments I may need in the future. She is a truly amazing dentist, and I couldn’t fault her in any way. First visit to Cardiff Dental and Aesthetics Centre. Amazing customer service from reception team and all dental nurses and Dentists. My Dr Tasnima, made me feel very comfortable, and talked me through everything to handle any nerves I had going in.

My 3 children go to this dentist, and I would like to say a huge thank you to Rainy for making my children happy and allowing them to get comfortable with colourings and laughter, There was another receptionist i couldn't catch her name but was amazing to HUGE thank you to Tasmin for making the dentist feel less scary for them, making them comfortable. Highly recommend this dentist on NHS and private as they really do care about health. Clean environment. Happy people. My children didn't want to leave always a great sign and they felt comfortable 😅
