Great service today, friendly reception team, very efficient. Dan did my x rays and he was extremely patient. I'm having Invisalign treatment with Dr Ines Ruco who is a brilliant dentist, she has also been excellent with my daughter and granddaughter when giving them treatment. Happy client! Really positive experience - staff very considerate, with dentist one of the best that I've seen. Booking system very easy to use, and they even contacted me to bring forward my appointment due to last minute cancellation. All in all, very happy!

Don't be put off by the outside! Once you open the door to go in, this dental practice is modern and most importantly the staff are very friendly and professional. I was treated by dentist Ritu, and I can honestly say that she's the friendliest dentist I've even been to, as well as giving treatment of the highest standard. I am dentist phobic and have challenging dental issues, so am naturally very fussy about where I go. On a minor note, I thought parking would be tricky on this busy street, but there's a car park less than 5 minutes walk away round the corner. Thank you to all the staff for your service and for helping me through my treatment 🙂

Firstly, I'll say that in person I've found the dentist practice to generally be very good. My main complaint is their refund process. I have no issue paying deposits, however due to leaving Wales I needed to get a refund. It took over 10 emails, multiple attempts to call and over 6 weeks to get a refund. My husband experienced similar - please do better as this really lets you down as a practice. Please sort out your internal process for issuing refunds.

Have been going to this dentist for around 20 years and they’ve always been lovely! Rita especially and all the receptionists are very supportive and always take the time to make sure I’m comfortable - would recommend!
