I've been a patient at this dental practice for many years, and I can't recommend them highly enough. The whole team provides outstanding, friendly customer service and always makes me feel welcome and well looked after. As a nervous patient, I really appreciate how reassuring, patient, and understanding everyone is. They take the time to explain everything clearly and help me feel relaxed throughout every visit. A truly professional and caring practice that consistently provides excellent dental care. Highly recommended!

Great dental practice, staff are always friendly and welcoming. Monika (hygienist) is lovely - always feel like my teeth are squeaky clean after an appointment and gives very good personalised advice. My teeth are much better since I started coming here.

Wow another amazing visit to the one stop shop of getting all my dentistry needs done so quickly and easily-amazing service, the whole team- Julia, Dr Pete, Andrea and tazmeena all went above and beyond, keeping me informed of what was happening throughout, checking in that I was comfortable and reassurence I literally couldn’t ask for more! The hygienist, Tasneem, was super kind, understanding and gentle. Definitely eased my anxieties about going to the hygienist. Andrea, the receptionist, was welcoming and super approachable. It’s not very often you get remembered by name after only a single previous visit!

Excellent service. A total change from my other Cardiff dental experience. Staff are friendly, reception are knowledgeable and helpful, the hygienist was patient and kind, and the environment is clean and exactly what you’d expect from a dental clinic. I’d highly recommend!

Cardiff Bay Bupa Dental are absolutely fantastic, incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially if the dentist makes you nervous. They approach with no judgement, and everyone I've seen has always been very helpful!

Staff are amazing, and super lovely and accomodating. As someone who is neurodivergent, I hadn't been to the dentist for years due to really bad anxiety but from the minute I walked in and had my first assessment I was met with nothing but compassion, understanding and care from the whole team. They made a plan to help me work on my teeth and through visiting regularly I can honestly say that I don't hate going to the dentist anymore! The team are fab and deserve every single award they've received! Anyone looking for a new dentist, I cannot recommend Bupa Dental Mermaid Quay enough!
