After a bad experience with a previous dentist where I felt dismissed and not listened to, which ultimately resulted in me needing time off work, Cwtch Dental Practice have been absolutely fantastic. I was feeling very nervous, unwell, and in a lot of pain when I first visited. A friend recommended the practice to me, and I am so glad they did. Every member of the team I have seen has been kind, understanding, and genuinely caring. Rachel has been amazing throughout my treatment, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the work she has done. Thank you so much to all the ladies at the practice for making me feel comfortable and supported. I’m so happy to be feeling like myself again and, most importantly, able to eat without pain. I was nervous as I’d had a bad experience with a different dental practice for a scale/polish. My experience with cwtch was excellent. The dental therapist put me at ease. She was kind and professional. The process was well explained and comfortable. I was impressed that they gave me useful practical, well explained advice on how to avoid problems building up in the future. I’m very grateful and will be back.

Had a great initial appointment today with Sarah. Strange to say I had a good time at the dentist but so happy with my treatment plan. I visited Cwtch Dental Care today and saw Joshua Quek, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the whole team made me feel welcome and at ease, and Joshua was exceptional throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and carried out the treatment with such care and precision. It’s rare to find a dentist who is both highly skilled and genuinely personable, but Joshua absolutely is. I left feeling reassured, well looked after, and confident about my dental health going forward. A fantastic experience from start to finish.

Good experiences at Cwtch. I am generally scared of the dentist. However, Joshua Quek who works here is brilliant, he's very caring and down to earth and he was great with my four year old daughter as well. I had bad tooth pain recently and phoned for an emergency appointment. I was seen that day and had an extraction. The NHS price was very reasonable and it was a relatively painless experience.

Absolutely love our dentist, Jess. She always makes us feel so welcome and at ease, especially with the children. She has such a warm, friendly approach and is completely non-judgemental. I genuinely feel comfortable every visit she’s amazing.
