📍 Invisalign dentists in Burton-on-Trent
Dental Care Burton on Trent offers a commendable dental experience with skilled professionals who prioritize patient comfort and care. Patients appreciate the gentle and professional approach of the dentists, particularly Dr. Anita and Dr. Siamak, who are noted for their expertise and kindness. The clinic's efficient emergency services and friendly staff contribute to a positive atmosphere, ensuring a pleasant visit.
However, some patients have reported long waiting times and difficulties in scheduling appointments, which can be frustrating. The recent removal of the first-floor waiting room has also been a point of criticism, as it has led to a cramped corridor space. Despite these issues, the overall quality of treatment and care remains high, making it a reliable choice for dental services in Burton-on-Trent.

Had a tooth extraction yesterday which I was not looking forward to as I have had considerable pain from previous extractions. Happy to say it was done really well ..when the dentist told me to bite on the gauze I didn't even realise the tooth had gone. 36 hours later I have felt little to no pain. A job well done. Only reason for knocking a star off is the retrograde step of removing the first floor waiting room. I appreciate that this has provided an extra consulting room but 2 chairs in a cramped corridor are insufficient.
Always afraid of dentists due to other experiences until I found Dr Anita. Ever since, I wouldn't trust anyone else for better care, honesty and treatment. 7 years later she is still my favourite and has also seen my son since he had his first teeth. Always patient, reassuring and so caring. She takes the time to go through all questions and concerns or treatment. If i could give more stars I would.
What a fabulous dentist. My dentist, whom I have just seen, is the best. So professional, kind and gentle. My visit was almost a pleasure! Thank you so much.
Amazing care from Dr. Siamak and his friendly nurse. My tooth was saved and the treatment was much easier than expected. Very skilled, gentle, and kind. couldn’t fault it. I’d love to send my friends to him, but appointments are hard to get.
Had a lovely experience here today! Reception staff were friendly and smiling, which is always nice, and I managed to get an emergency same day appointment. I don’t even think I waited that long in the phone queue. The dentist and dental assistant were both really nice and got my filling sorted quickly and painlessly. Overall a really good dental experience.
Three weeks ago I came with my 7-year-old daughter after a filling had fallen out. We waited 45 minutes to be seen, and the dentist told us there were two teeth that needed treatment. I was asked to book another appointment so both could be done together. At reception, the earliest available appointment was three weeks later – shocking, but I agreed. Today was finally the day of the appointment, but at 8am it was cancelled. I went in personally (as it’s impossible to get through on the phone) and was told the dentist was off sick, and that the next available appointment would not be until 3rd October – today is the 11th of September. I explained that my daughter is in pain, her filling has fallen out after only a few weeks, and she needs urgent help. I was told there was nothing they could do, no emergency option, and that we cannot see another dentist – only the one originally assigned. The only advice given was to give her Calpol. This is unacceptable. A 7-year-old in pain should not be left without care for weeks. Very disappointed with the service.
Update - no waiting roomon the first floor so people are standing in the corridor. And got a 30 sec9nd examination followed by a 10 minutelecture tryingto getme to moveaway from nhs to their plan (waitforthe price hike) time to more i think, its notw9ryhthe 45minute drive to get this level of service. Theyve been open 45 minutes before my appointment and yet somehow theyre an hour behind. Not only do they do a poor job and rush you through theyre also a nightmare to get ahold of and always late. I thi k its time to get ripped off by a different dentist
