High Street Dental Practice - Burton-on-Trent

I have a fear of the dentist, but after 10 years ive finally gone for a significant amount of fillings. Jose was so lovely, he really took the time out to plan the best treatment plan, with 4 different appointments. Ive now got my teeth sorted and im to be fitted with a bite guard to help with teeth clenching. The hygienist who did my treatment was really good too and her assistant, they were really reassuring and helped ease my anxiety with every appointment.

No one likes going to the dentist but I have to say from the moment we walked in everyone was very pleasant and welcoming. The dentist was lovely & explained everything to me I booked my 6 month checkup with him before leaving. Thank you for making my experience a pleasant one!

Thank you Dr Harry and his very capable nurse. It has become rare to find a compassionate dentist that does breath work to help with chronic anxiety and one who explains the treatment process calmly. Todays treatment, altho stressful, went a lot easier because you understood first and foremost that I am not just a patient but also a human being.

Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming , appointment availability has been good whilst I've been having treatment. I've not been able to get in a dentist for quite a long time... and to be honest have a fear of going but my dentist Mohammed Suleman is excellent. Hes very patient and supportive and I had a great experience today. I really appreciate him accommodating me when I know appointments can be booked rigidly. I'm not cured fear wise but I dont feel as scared. Thank you

I have been a patient at High Street Dentist for several years, and I can confidently say that the quality of care has always been outstanding. The practice is exceptionally clean, and the entire team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and professional experience. I recently visited Olanka, and she was absolutely amazing — highly professional, friendly, and thorough. She explained everything clearly and provided excellent advice, which made me feel completely at ease. Her assistant was also very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Been coming to this dental practice for many years now, since before they moved to their current location. I've had 3 different Dentists over this time and they've all seemed professional - same can be said for the assistants and reception staff. They have paper and pens in the waiting area too keep the kids busy for a moment. Plenty reminders about appointments so it's helpful.

The organization of this company is beyond poor! The fact that there are so few NHS dentists, is the only reason this company stays in business ! I have been waiting quite a while for treatment I have already paid for( quite a bit of money too) but the dentist always finds reasons to cancel! Maybe because I have already paid is why I get cancelled! Now cancelled again! ….Alleged appointment cancellation texts that were never sent to me ( I have checked) ; common 30 min delays to your appointment spent in the waiting room etc . So disappointed in the service here, the reception ladies always seem embarrassed to have to tell you the bad news! I’m also disappointed that I have to leave at least a one star rating to leave a review, because they do not deserve one star!
