I wanted to take a moment to share my sincere gratitude for the outstanding care my son received this week at your practice. Dr Haroon and Mrs Rawat were both incredibly calm, patient, and empathetic throughout the entire process. My son was understandably very nervous about having teeth extracted, but the way they supported him before, during, and after the procedure made a world of difference. They took the time to reassure him, speak gently, and create a sense of safety that helped ease his fears. When someone is frightened, especially a child, having professionals who show genuine understanding and compassion can completely transform the experience. Instead of it being overwhelming and distressing, it becomes something manageable and even empowering. Their calm approach helped build trust, reduced anxiety, and allowed my son to feel more in control of what was happening. That kind of emotional support is just as important as the clinical care itself. I truly couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you for making what could have been a very difficult experience so positive for both my son and our family

I've been with this dental practice for a good few years now and they never disappoint. They always give great treatment for both me and my daughter but today was just amazing. I phoned on Sunday and left a voicemail re - chipping my tooth over the weekend!! I was called at 8.20am, 20 minutes before the dental practice is open for phone calls and was booked in for 9.30am that day. I was treated under band 2 and had a full check up, x-rays, advice from the lovely dentist and of course she fixed my chipped tooth while I was there. It looks fab and you wouldn't even know it happened. 10/10 would reccomend.

Just the best experience. Had a large molar removed by Dr Suheil Patel with no pain felt at all. Was nervous beforehand, but surgery was calm and quiet and everything was explained. Such a quick procedure. Would highly recommend this surgery. Staff are welcoming and it has a calm and friendly atmosphere.

What a fantastic Dental Facility we have right here in the heart of our community. From the pre attendance phone call , to the very warm welcome from Anita and her colleagues the excellent service continues. Dr Rahat and Ruth deliver an amazing calming and professional dental treatment course , engaging with me throughout the procedures. All aspects of the treatment were fully explained giving me several options , and I can honestly say the results were staggering. A shining example of what can be achieved through meticulous planning , excellent preparation and highly professional delivery. I now look forward to my appointments and extremely grateful to the entire team. They should all be very proud of their continuing hard work and delivery.

I found this dental practice this year, the receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. The dentist and nurse were very professional, she talked me through my problems so I was aware of suggested treatment. I would certainly recommend to others.

What a terrific service from the brilliant receptionist, to the calming care of the dentist. I had been in agony all over the weekend so needed an emergency appointment, gave the surgery a call first thing Monday morning, filled in a registration form on line and after a phone call got the first available appointment which unfortunately was the next day, but with in minutes they called back with a cancellation and BOOM in and out in 1hr 20mins from first contact to walking out the door.
