I never have issues when contacting Serenity. On the rare occasion I leave a message, the staff call back very quickly. The staff are all very professional and courteous. I have never had any issues regarding the actual treatment, great job to all of you. Any / all treatment options are explained in detail making decisions very easy. A very good service everytime I need to attend, when if I need to change appointments they understand things change and are more than happy to help. The staff are very friendly and the dentist explains in detail what is required. Very happy with the service I have received over many years.

I have always found my experiences of regular check ups and any treatments very positive and my latest visit was no exception! I suffer with TMJ and my conversation on whether to visit a consultant had avery positive outcome. I feel very lucky that I was able to become a patient at Serenity when I joined some years ago. Lovely friendly dentist. From the minute you walk through the door you are welcomed by the lovely receptionists, the building is fresh modern and very calming. The dentists themselves always welcoming asking about you and made to feel very relaxed. Would highly recommend. A*****

Have been attending this practice for many years now, even before serenity took control. They have been very good and are a great team from the Tracey double act on the front desk, always try to help any situation, to the dental staff doing the business end. Always there if you need them and when you need them. Thanks to Raj and the other staff I hope my choppers go on for a long time to come, with their help of course. Excellent Practice.

Myself and my children are seen every 6 months at the surgery, our dentist jap is always welcoming and really good with the children, always gives honest advice and looks after our teeth well. The nurses and the reception staff are lovely and really helpful. Great surgery
