I've been a patient at this practise all my life and for the last 15 years I have received first class dental treatment from Ismini. She is an amazingly warm and friendly dentist who always takes the time to exchange pleasantries and explain dental procedures in detail. The practise is efficiently run and all staff are incredibly competent and approachable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I arrived feeling nervous but the friendly, smiling helpful receptionist was a great start. My Dentist was very reassuring keeping me calm and telling me she had it under control. Her communication skills were excellent and she extracted the tooth and finished with me not feeling a thing well almost. So the whole experience was excellent oh and my Dentist was Rosie and i now feel totally relaxed re my next appointment. William

Extremely rude receptionist and harsh late policies. The dentist does not have a sign so I ended up on the Orthodontics side in the building next door. Once I figured out with the reception and made my way to the correct building the dental reception said that because I was late I would not be able to see the dentist, even for the remaining time of the appointment and that I would be charged the full amount any way. When I explained the lack of signage and that I was in the wrong building she became quite rude saying it was my responsibility to know where I’m going and go to the correct address and postcode. Do not patron this business. There are much more hospitable options out there, including the lovely MyDentist office just down the road on Two Mile hill. How these are the same brand, I have no idea. I spoke to the practice manager who told me I'd get a refund for the appointment, but foolishly I did not get that in writing and never received a reimbursement.

I asked about data protection and it was clear that they do not like scrutiny. Confidence is based on transparency but you have to push to get information. I'm still am not convinced that my data is safe with MyDentist. I've not had any problems with the work they do and mostly the staff are pleasant.

Had an emergency appointment for a tooth extraction as iam a very anxious and suffer with extreme panic attacks ks the dentist i saw. Prasangi Munasinghe was absolutely fantastic. With me she did every thing at my pace was so patient and so very kind to me her nurse held my hand through out .. all in all I would strongly recommend this lovely dentist to any one who suffers like me

My sister had a emergency root canal done on the 11th feb, the past 3 weeks have been complete hell for her as the filling was left incomplete, uneven and left with cavity still in the remaining tooth which caused more problems then before. Today she had x rays done at a different dentist and they couldn’t believe what they was looking at on the x ray what the dentist had done to her/left her like. When we got to the practice on 11th feb we was moved rooms twice- first time as a machine was letting out a burning smell that couldn’t be controlled and the second time the drill wouldn’t work, the tooth was left completely uneven with a hole left on the back of the tooth & with cavity still left in the tooth causing more problems then before before! The level of unprofessional at this practice is beyond me i would not recommend this practice to anyone! Her lip was left damaged from the needles when it should’ve been into her gum. Please be careful going to this dental practice as you will be not be cared for in a correct manner and you will be rushed in the appointment and left with untreated problems that was made worse then before

Managed to get an emergency appointment as suffering with jaw pain, the Dentist was very thorough and gave me some advice plus scans and xrays. Only downfall is having to pay private.
