We have just completed the journey of braces to retainer for my teenage son. Every single member of staff is friendly and extremely professional. They put my son at ease and took care to advise him throughout the whole process. He now has a lovely smile! Thanks to everyone at the practice that made this possible!

I try not to complain. I am accountable for my actions but the service was terrible. Firstly I called to advise that I am lost and said where I was I was directed by the receptionist but was not clear. My Waze was not picking up the location. I finally found it after driving around the same place over and over for 30 mins and then there was no parking! I got there 15 mins late the dentist refused to see me and then the receptionist said they won’t see me without paying £60 in a very nonchalant manner. I was so upset as I waited ages for the appointment. I felt that there was no empathy and it seems like it’s all about money. I know that the nhs is on it knees, I work and pay taxes. I was getting a consultation for braces so I would have to pay anyway and they wonder why we brits leave and do work abroad.

Great patient care ! Lovely and clean and welcoming ! Shannon and the girls on the desk were very welcoming and smiley which gave off a lovely atmosphere. Amy did my son's photos and scan - she made it interesting and fun putting him at ease and explained the whole process . Great job keep Up the good work

A brilliant service from start to Finish. Appointments always on time and staff very friendly. My daughter is so pleased with her results.

All three of my daughters have been seen at this Orthodontist practice after being referred by their dentist. I'm happy to report that all three have Hollywood smiles, and as a parent I couldn't be any happier with their treatment and the outcome. Today my youngest daughter made her last visit. As well as having a great dental team, the reception staff have always been super friendly and efficient. When I've sat in reception, they've greeted everone and dealt with any bookings efficiently. Thanks to everyone at this practice for their efforts, it has been a real pleasure!

The process was smooth, lovely staff and the experience as a whole was over as soon as it started, it felt. Not only that, but it was relatively painless. Would recommend!

So far so good 👍 Easy to find if you follow the sat nav which was a must for me as I don't know the area. Reception staff are really friendly and accommodating, practice staff are quick and efficient. Parking is non existent which is frustrating if you are only there for 10 minutes so plan for that. Definitely recommend 👌
