The Practice at The General

I approached the practice at the general late 2025 after being recommended by my sister and I would like to just say it’s been an incredible experience. Everyone at the practice is so welcoming and lovely it made me feel at ease when usually I’m very anxious. I struggled a lot with my confidence and self image due to my teeth and they have completely transformed my smile with composite bonding and a crown. I used to hide my teeth with my hand when laughing and never smiled properly and now I just want to show them off! I really can’t thank everyone enough for all they have done for me and would recommend them highly to anyone who is looking to start their journey to having wonderful teeth!

I wanted to send me thanks to Tristan and the team for helping sort my tooth so quickly after it was chipped. I’m so relieved it could be sorted so quickly. Also for supporting my son with his aligners. It’s gone so well and been such a great result and he looks super given the starting point! You guys are Legends!

Practice at the General is easily the most professional and high-tech dental clinic I’ve been to. The staff are friendly, skilled, and really help put you at ease. I’m mainly there for Invisalign, and the care and attention to detail have been excellent throughout!

I have been putting off getting my impacted wisdom tooth extracted for years due to fear of surgery. I finally bit the bullet and booked in the extraction with Tristan. He put me at complete ease during the extraction and it was surprisingly pleasant. I had some questions post surgery and Nikita answered them thoroughly and helped ease my anxiety. Overall it was a great experience.
