If I could give a higher score, I would. I’ve never been a fan of a dentist, it gave me huge anxiety. I knew I needed to go again, so I joined this dentist - now after 7 months of being there, my anixety is non existent because of this place. The receptionist are friendly. I have Chaz as a dentist I can’t fault him the minute I met him I felt at ease, professional and he generally wants the best for his patients.

I cannot praise Bank Cottage Dental enough for the treatment I have received there. They are quick to respond and offer treatment. I have been a patient at Bank Cottage Dental for many years and Dr Hichens always goes above and beyond. I cannot thank him enough for his patience and the treatment I have received.

Really lovely people, very professional and really pleased with the results. Would recommend Lisa to anyone for orthodontic treatment.

Went above and beyond in every sense, I genuinely believe they care about their patients. I have been long standing patient with Bank Cottage, and they are always the most helpful and kind staff. In particular I had the most lovely experience with Connor Hichens the other day, who reconstructed my chipped tooth so expertly and quickly I was in complete awe. He kept me so calm and reassured throughout the whole process and was a real professional, I couldn't recommend him and Bank Cottage dental enough!

Lovely receptionist Kerry answered when I phoned about an emergency appointment just before closing on Tuesday. Asked me to phone at 9am the following morning to be put in for an appointment and she would put it in the diary. She actually phoned me just before 9am on Wednesday to ask if I would still like the appointment and booked me in. I was so impressed by her thoughtfulness. I saw my own dentist Chas who was lovely as always and he was assisted by excellent dental nurse Liz. They were very professional and reassuring. I had an extraction and after a little rest was sent on my way with verbal and written aftercare instructions. I’m not sure when Chas and Liz actually got their lunch! I would like to thank all of them for their excellent care, helping me up and down the stairs as I was a bit wobbly. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all.
