I couldn't be happier with the care and treatment I received. From the very first appointment, the entire team was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. A special thank you to Corrina Smith, who was absolutely outstanding. Corrina was always welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and confident with every stage of my treatment. The results have exceeded my expectations, and I am so pleased with my new smile. I would highly recommend this orthodontist to anyone considering treatment.

Both my teenage boys have had their braces here. Amy has been absolutely fantastic throughout- very friendly and professional and put the boys at ease when they've felt nervous. Daiva has been fab too! And both boy's teeth are now incredibly straight! Would 100% recommend.

I’ve finished my braces journey with the lovely Dr David Heads and I’ve had the best experience! He really listened to my concerns and went through all treatment options with me, no questions were too much for him. I’m really happy with my smile and it’s restored my confidence; I don’t have to hide my teeth anymore!! I’ve already had so many compliments on my new smile. Unbelievable waste of time. I was informed only after booking that payment is required for the first appointment. This should be made clear upfront and handled during the online booking process, not communicated afterwards. I work full-time in a demanding care role and simply don’t have time for unnecessary administrative back-and-forth. This could be streamlined much more effectively to respect people’s time and avoid frustrations.

We have spent 18 months back and forth to White tree orthodontist. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We have loved our visits to Amy who has been assisted by Daiva. Both ladies are extremely kind and helped to put my daughter's mind at ease on what can be quite an uncomfortable and difficult season having braces fitted. We are absolutely thrilled with the results with the braces now removed and we would highly recommend this practice and the amazing staff there!
