My family have been coming to Beau Monde Dental Care since 2018 and never looked back! We met Nicola and her team when my son had orthodontic treatment and that's when I decided to move all my family over to this practice and even my elderly father is now a patient. The friendliness and caring side of Nicola, Rachel, Jade, Tara, Angela and all the team was what I noticed straight away. My daughter, who has Down's Syndrome, needed a dental practice who would take time to get to know her and help her understand her dentistry needs. Beau Monde achieved this. She can now go in on her own and comes out with a smile....this says a lot in my eyes! Beau Monde value and make patients feel comfortable and are very welcoming. They work in a professional manner at all times. You know exactly what is going on with all your treatment. I would thoroughly recommend this practice.

From the moment I opened the door and was greeted by Angela, I felt welcome and in the right place! Dr Chalini and Jade took such great care of me and I knew the whole way through the appointment, I was in great hands! For someone who is petrified of going to the dentist, I feel completely at ease here and feel I have finally found my dentist! Thank you to all at Beau Monde for the wonderful experience 🙂

Staff are always cheerful and very professional. I and all my children are treated here (and have been for 10 years) and the dental expertise is first class. One of my children has autism and finds dental treatment particularly frightening. However, the special care she gets has really minimised her fear.

For 24 years I have been seen by most of the staff both here and in the previous practice. From the moment I walk in the door to when I leave, the atmosphere is always a happy one- something not always associated with Dentists. My treatment is always explained to me and helpful advice given. I have very sensitive teeth & my dentist Rachael Heard is very aware of this & is so reassuring. I moved 160 miles away 3 years ago but rather than transferring to a local practice I am staying with this practice . All the staff are extremely professional in everything they do.

I was really nervous about going to the dentist but everyone here made it so easy and stress free. My dentist, Ana, was amazing, very patient and reassuring. She made sure I knew what was going on and took lots of breaks which I found really helpful. I would definitely recommend both Ana and the practice!
