Backwell Dental Care

Excellent all I can say. Who enjoys going to the dentist? Not most people. But I do not feel that way now. My last appointment at Backwell was areal eye opener. Their services and expertise gave care that I have never come across in the past.

I wasn't exactly relishing the thought of having a large filling replaced. Paul and Pam made me feel at ease and answered all my questions in a friendly and professional manner. Thank you both for your compassion and expertise.

Having being a patient for years, I have always loved coming here. The Staff are great and accommodating. I love my dentist Paul and my oral hygienist Irena.

A filling came out of one of front teeth. Chris Charles was able to see me within two days. He replaced the filling and all is well. Thank you Backwell Dental Care and especially Chris for providing an excellent service. Chris Lawrence

I’ll confess to not being as good with my dental regime as a dentist would recommend … so I was slightly apprehensive about my visit. I need not have worried. Chris is a truly wonderful dentist. Attentive, empathetic, very knowledgeable and skilful as well as being very gently. It’s evident within moments that he loves his work! He cleverly explained all his activities and reasons to me for the work he undertook and I left far more knowledgeable and less apprehensive than when I went in. Reassuringly, I don’t believe Chris’ behaviour to be unique at the practice, as I also saw the hygienist Eleanor … (again I not had a scale and polish done before so was unsure what to expect!) In a very similar way to Chris, she put me at ease, explained everything and was gently and painless to the point I almost nodded off in the chair!. My teeth have never felt or looked so good … so I can definitely highly recommend you nip along to them and have these caring wizards look after your personal ivory!

Paul Bucknell is quite simply the best dentist I have ever had. Highly skilled and gentle with a quasi saint-like patience combined with an extraordinary technical knowledge. Even feared complex challenging work is almost pleasurable in his capable hands. Thanks you Paul. Again! PS. Please never retire.....

I have not given feedback before because I am of a generation that expects good service as normal. Patrick Kennedy and I have taken a mouth/teeth journey together for almost 40 years and I have benefitted from this long partnership and the trust I feel in him.I rate him very highly. I have had occasion recently to consult another dentist and was pleased to be seen by Henry on two separate occasions.i found him likeable and very helpful in my understanding of mouth/teeth issues and found a level of kindness and understanding ,so necessary when dealing with issues of pain
