They are always so warm, welcoming, and helpful, making every visit a positive experience from the moment I walk through the door. A special thank you to Karine Haas and Maggie Nichols. Karine has been treating me with great care, and Maggie provided excellent emergency treatment when I needed it most. They both paid attention to every little detail, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely cared for. Following an accident in childhood I was left with misshapen front teeth which I lived with for many years. Last year I took the plunge to invest in Invisalign and restorative treatment and I’m thrilled with the results. Why did I wait so long? Karine guided me through the process and helped me to manage cleaning and wearing aligners. I was surprised to learn that good alignment helped with dental hygiene too which was another plus point. I found Karine’s personalised approach reassuring, finding the most natural result for my smile (avoiding Turkey teeth!). Really lovely team, excellent services by all of the dental staff and ladies on reception. A warm welcome always, they are always re assuring me when having treatment and provide aftercare by a call to check you are feeling ok after the treatment.

I was anxious about seeing a new dentist, but Danielle House and her team completely changed my mind. They were caring, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout. Danielle explained everything clearly and did an excellent job. I left feeling renewed. The practice is clean and welcoming, though it would be great if they also accepted NHS patients under 17.

The professionals (dentists and hygienists) provide excellent services. It would be nice when patients are asked to pay, the bill could provide details of itemised costs, such as how much is charged for using what materials, and how much is charged for the dentist's or hygienist's time. Especially when a patient receives a bill of a few hundred pounds (which is a lot of money for a pensioner or an unemployed person), it would be nice to know how the bill is added up and that the itemised details is printed on the receipts. Otherwise, the patients are left wondfering whether they have been charged the right amount for the particular appointment.

I recently visited Nailsea Dental Practice and was really impressed from the very first visit. Lucy on the reception desk has been absolutely brilliant. She’s was so friendly and welcoming, and she went out of her way to help arrange appointments around my busy work schedule, which I really appreciate. I also had a hygienist appointment with Megan and Alex. This was genuinely enjoyable and really informative. She gave my teeth a thorough clean and explained everything clearly along the way. I left with lots of helpful tips to keep my teeth and gums healthy, and it made a big difference. Karine was also fantastic during each appointment. Very professional, helpful and explained everything perfectly to ensure I get the best results for my teeth. Overall, the whole team were great and I’m really glad I chose to go to Nailsea Dental Practice. Would highly recommend!

Brilliant team today on my visit ..Beth very helpful ...and hygienist Danielle absolutely brilliant and extremely thorough and I was rewarded with orange flavour paste ! And Cheraye was brilliant too ..I then visited Nisha the dentist and her team who gave a very detailed examination ..Karine and all her brilliant team including the legendary Lesley in reception !
