Have been using this dentist for years and never had a bad experience. I'm a nervous patient and all the staff are really friendly and put your mind at ease.

Would not recommend. They were accepting basically every desperate NHS patient that would walk through the door just to rip them off and not provide a good service. The last appointment i went to i went in for a check up. I waited nearly an hour to be seen, just to be looked at for around 2 minutes by a miserable male dentist . He didn’t check my teeth properly and when i switched to another dentist a few weeks later i was told i needed two fillings urgently. Again showing they don’t care or check your teeth properly. Also, they don’t provide properly trained hygienist’s. They’ll book you in for one then on the day make you wait for ages just to be seen by a normal dentist when they have five minutes. Save your teeth and go somewhere else that’s honest and reliable.

While it is a friendly and welcoming practice, I joined in June and since then there has been no end to being messed around and rescheduled. The first time I went after walking for 2 hours (roughly 4/5 miles) I got there only to find out that the dentist I was seeing was leaving the practice and I'd had to reschedule an appointment but that dentist agreed to have a quick look and told me the work I needed doing so I booked what I thought was an appointment to have the work done. Then I get told to reschedule again because the new dentist was away, then when I finally attended my next appointment I found out it was just another check up, much to my frustration. When I eventually made it to my tooth extraction appointment almost a 2 months later at this point, which is a 40 minute appointment, I was 10 mins late due to traffic and the receptionist said "oh you've missed half the appointment now so we'll have to reschedule." I was furious but managed to politely say don't worry about it and left... I was due to finally have my extraction work done today but alas I've had a phone call saying I need to reschedule. Will I ever have the work done? Who knows... Really not impressed so far.

I can finally put up a review now I have a new dentist, if you are NHS don’t go here. They only have one dentist that deals with NHS and he’s rude and not doing anything to save teeth. As I had an appointment with someone else they told me all the problems I had that he didn’t address! Including needing to be referred to the hospital. Honestly save your teeth and never go here! I wish I knew sooner before he damaged my wisdom tooth with an unnecessary filling when it needed to be taken out. Honestly disgusted by the way I was treated here. save your teeth and don’t go anywhere near this place

Very helpful and friendly workers. Made me feel very safe whilst having my fillings. They are very professional but are still up for a laugh! Definitely recommend to anyone who is scared of going to the dentist like me!

I developed an abscess from poor dental work carried out by one of the dentists here , ended up having to pay a lot of money to have the problem corrected . On Saturday and Sunday I have been up a & e with my son who has also developed an abscess from the exact same problem also carried out by the exact same dentist . He has spent all weekend at a&e having it cut and drained and been in a huge amount of pain despite being on 2 different antibiotics and continuous painkillers.. He was told to see the dentist Monday morning to have it checked again and to speak about having a root canal asap . Asap to these people is the 26th of April! Apparently they have no emergency appointments available within an hour of opening ! In my opinion they carry out the work , mess it up and don't want to take the time to correct it!

Terrible service. Every appointment I have had booked has been cancelled or "rescheduled", yet they never did give me another date. I have a wobbly, fully exposed tooth, which is causing me trouble and have had a lot of operations on my teeth, phoned at 8:30 for emergency appointments, which they wouldn't give me, even though my tooth is about to drop. They gave me an emergency number which never worked. The one appointment I did have there wasn't very pleasant and was a bit rough. Phoned another local dentist and got an appointment the next day....
