MK Dental and Implant Clinic

I attended my scheduled dental hygienist appointment today and was incredibly impressed by the service I received. Jess carried out the treatment and she was simply superb. She put me at ease immediately and was super supportful throughout. She was extremely professional, skilled and very expert in her field. She was also friendly and approachable which was very refreshing. In all honesty, Jess is by far the best hygienist I have ever received treatment from. She is a credit to MK dentist and to her profession. I will not hesitate to have a follow up in 6 months. I thoroughly recommend her.

Am so lucky and honoured to have lovely Mahta as my dentist. If anyone is putting off going to the dentist through fear or bad experiences, I heartily recommend Mahta! I hope she never leaves the practice!

Amazing dentist practice. The receptionist are very nice and helpful and my dentist Mahsa takes very good care of my teeth. As someone who has very bad anxiety about the dentist Mahsa has been very excellent at helping me feel informed and calm about my treatments. Cannot be more thankful !!

Im "one of those patients" that dentists probably dread coming in.. Dr Mahsa Bahadori has completely transformed my way of thinking and the anxiety I have always had. Ive got to say, she is the BEST dentist I have had in years. Always smiling, always checking youre ok, completely puts you at ease. I will not see any other dentist now. I can honestly say shes amazing.

Dental practice is fine but I find them quite pushy in terms of appointments. I have no issues with my teeth and so I alternate seeing the dentist and hygienist every 6 months so I'm seen twice in one year there. They are always trying to insist that I need to see the dentist and hygienist again. I don't need to be seen 4 times in one year. Other than that never had any problems really.

My hygienist Jess was as usual very friendly and helpful. She always does a thorough treatment and clean. Concerned about one of my teeth she asked for a Dentist to review me as an emergency and I was examined and prescribed antibiotics and my routine Dental check rescheduled earlier to complete any further treatment. The treatment I received from Chris was excellent, which makes the current situation even more disappointing. I was promised a call back. It never happened. When I chased it up, I was told that reception staff can only speak to the technicians during their lunch break, meaning even the simplest enquiry seems to take at least 48 hours to move forward. I was then told I hadn’t been called back because the appointment I requested wasn’t available. Fair enough. Shortly afterwards, I received an email offering an appointment with another dentist for an additional charge. I replied immediately to accept. That was ignored too. At this point, all I am trying to do is obtain my Invisalign information so I can order replacement retainers. This should be a routine request, yet it has involved multiple calls, contradictory explanations, unanswered emails, and weeks of frustration. The practice no longer publishes an email address on its website, and after reading the growing number of one-star reviews, I can see that poor communication appears to be a recurring theme rather than an isolated incident. It’s remarkable that a practice capable of delivering such good clinical treatment can be so difficult to contact once the bill has been paid. If someone from MK Dental could finally provide my Invisalign information, I’d be delighted to update this review. Until then, this review accurately reflects my experience.
