Bridgwater Dental Access Centre

Not happy at all because having my front teeth removed top and bottom has left me with a lisp as well as a stutter. They did not care about me having proper dentures where I am able to speak properly where as my own mother has perfect dentures on the NHS and she's able to speak perfectly. My dentures don't fit so I cannot wear them and now if I ever leave my house I have to wear a mask as I'm not showing anyone that I have no teeth. I was promised dentures but obviously no one cares about the damage it's done to my whole life now because they're unwilling to give me the service I want but as I said my mother was given the best service on the NHS so why am I getting less. She didn't pay for hers at all and I shouldn't be either. Absolutely terrible service as now my life is completely ruined forever

I am not happy at all cause I had my tooth out on Saturday morning I didnt had x-ray or any tablets at all i am in so much pain i had it out but they did say 2 me if I want root canal and I said yes but they didnt at all

My partner was in unbearable pain and needed an urgent extraction. He broke his leg when he was six years old and the level of pain was at the same level. 111 were brilliant to him and managed to get him an urgent appointment on a bank holiday to sort his ordeal. This dentist was one of the best dental surgeries I have ever been to. Compassionate, kind, professional. The practice is very clean. The lady on reception was lovely. I think the dentist was called Catherine and the dental nurse I believe was called Lili. The relief was extraordinary for him particularly as he is terrified of needles. This is a brilliant dental practice and he only wishes he was able to register there despite the distance to drive to it.Well done to the practice they were truly amazing in a time of crisis. Faultless.

Had my first ever tooth pulled today. I was very nervous which I explained to the nurses and I was blown away by the support and the comfort that I was shown by the team! From reception to having the OP absolutely amazing vibes all round and the nurses made me feel really at home. Some very very lovely people work in there, who all went above and beyond to make sure I was feeling okay! Thanks again for making everything seem so fine and easy! Big love

Had to have an emergency tooth extraction phoned 111 and within 3 hrs had an appointment and it was removed , great staff that made the process more comfortable, now pain free and very happy 😊 , well done you were all great thankyou 👍

THE BEST DENTIST I'VE EVER BEEN TOO!! Are you nervous of the dentist? This dentist is for you! I had to go in for an impromptu wisdom tooth extraction, I've had issues with it for 2 years, had 4-5 episodes of pericoronitis. I went to the hospital and they told me they won't take it out as its healthy! For the last 3 weeks I had pain on and off with it but it was bearable, until a few days ago it got worse I had to get it sorted, so I called 111, they went through the assessment then put me through to the smile line, I didn't expect them to do anything with it being the weekend but with my suprise they had an availability! Yes book it! This morning I went in for my appointment. I was met with a lovely welcome smile, I only waited for 2 minutes, filling out the form the nurse came out and greeted me and showed me the room. He examined me and saw straight away my wisdom tooth that I was once told was 'healthy' was not, it had been crumbling away. He x-rayed me, unfortunately we wasn't able to get it back that far to see the wisdom tooth. He gave me the option, have a course of antibiotics to see if it helps or extraction. Of course I opted for an the extraction. He numbed the area and within seconds it was ready, he clamped the tooth as the nurse reassured me I was doing a good job. I waited and waited to feel the pull... I didn't feel a thing. The fastest extraction I've ever had. He then gave me after care and answered any question I had. I left the room with the biggest smile and said allowed, this is the best dentist ever. Would highly, Highly recommend this dentist to anyone having issues with their teeth.
