I had a really positive experience at this dentist Sami on reception was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, which really helped put me at ease. Aman did a really great job during my appointment. He was very patient and kept checking to make sure I was okay, which meant a lot as I suffer with anxiety. He stopped straight away whenever I needed him to and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole procedure. His assistant Ana was also lovely and reassuring. She was kind, supportive, and helped create a calm atmosphere during the treatment. Overall, a fantastic team – I’m very grateful for the care and understanding they showed. Highly recommend!

4 REVIEWS REMOVED so far — I’ll keep reposting because this experience matters. I attended a consultation for aligners and paid £50 for the appointment. I was then told I would need around £3,000 worth of treatment before I could even be considered for aligners. This was surprising, as my NHS dentist has not advised that this treatment is necessary and considers my teeth to be healthy. The difference in opinion left me seriously concerned about the approach being taken and whether the treatment being recommended was genuinely necessary. The communication around pricing was also poor. Before attending, I was given incorrect figures over the phone about the cost of aligners. The receptionist also told me that "fillings don’t fall out", which did not give me confidence in the information being provided to patients. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this practice. I felt the treatment recommendations were excessive and financially driven, and I would strongly urge anyone considering treatment here to get an independent second opinion first.

Staff are great. Got me booked in v.quick (within 48 hours), assessed my issue and within 1 week I was rebooked and the treatment carried out. Much, much better than my previous dentist that seemed to not want to carry out any work at all. Recommend highly.

Really lovely atmosphere. Always really helpful. I am having clear aligner treatment and it’s easy to book super friendly check up appointments whenever I need them! Lovely staff. Very clean! Excellent service all round

Had a fantastic experience at this dental surgery today, I was really nervous about my root canal but honestly as soon as I walked through the door and was greeted by Sami I felt so at ease and cared for. As for the treatment, Aman & Sami were absolutely fantastic and I actually spent the whole time giggling and smiling❤️ I was shown the X-rays after and am so impressed with the treatment. 10/10 experience, thank you.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The dentist explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and provided outstanding care. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist.

Called out of hours without realising, got a.phone call straight back, was booked in for the next day, arrived was a very pleasant welcome and didn't smell like a normal dentist. I am a very nervous patient but staff were amazing and made me feel at ease and relaxed ended up with an emergency tooth extraction which previously at any other dentist I would not jave agreed too. During the procedure I was spoken to reassured and everything that was going on was explained clearly.
