Together Dental Brentwood

Having Nina as my dentist is great, she reassures me what is happening and I kind and helps me with my teeth and cleaning. I had an x-ray today on one of my build up teeth as I was worried and she was worried too so she went to see someone to get a second opinion and see what can be done going forward. Its nice that she works on a monday too as it works as i am off work on a monday. I can trust her when she checks my teeth and cleans them so I dont have to worried. She also explains what she is doing which is great so the patient doesnt feel worried or anxious.

After years of trying to get an NHS dentist in Brentwood finally together and had space for me and my family. I’m so impressed with the surgery and it’s way better than my private dentist in terms of Facilities and the people. I had dentist, Nina And I highly recommend I think she’s wonderful. I’m sure everyone is nice, but I will only request Nina now. Receptionist are all Friendly and Very organised

My daughter has been seeing Priya over the last couple of months due to a trauma to her front teeth. Priya has been amazing throughout all appointments, explaining and being reassuring. She has been kind and patient with my daughter who is now confident to go to the dentist. I would highly recommend Priya!

With more and more health services showing ever decreasing empathy and efficiency, it is always so refreshing to visit Together Dental. The reception ladies are very friendly and helpful. But the biggest thank you goes to Helen the hygienist. She is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and kind and really understands how to treat long term gum problems. This is one of a few remaining health services that not only show empathy and efficiency, but really, genuinely care.

Very poor dentist surgery, I had an nhs appointment to have a tooth removed and it took 3 different dentist to get it out , they are all trainee dentist that do not have enough experience for patients that are in pain , I do not advise useing this place , you will also be removed from nhs service without warning if you don’t attend in a certain time period , they are allways pushing to make it a private appointment , receptionists here are rude they need training on people skills. Good luck people.

I was very impressed with the service provided today I had an emergency that needed to be conducted and could only get an assessment appointment ,however this was quickly changed by the dentist I attended to doing the procedure. The dentist and the assistant worked efficiently to complete the procedure ,I am really happy with the result , thanks so much.

My mum is in a wheelchair took her for appointment as we was 8-9 minutes late which I phoned up and made aware due to my fractured ankle (in a cast) the dentist refused to see her because of there ‘staff meeting’. My mother has been a patient here for 10+ years absolutely disgusting service they couldn’t make an extra 5 minutes to see her for general check up. Won’t be bringing her back here again. Please don’t respond your ‘ sorry’ etc your not otherwise you would have seen her my appointment is at 12:45 and I arrived at the practice 12:54 due to the circumstances you should have made an exception. Your staff meeting could have easily been postponed for 5 minutes during your 1’o'clock lunch to accommodate for my poorly disabled mum who recently had a stroke instead of making her come back again for another appointment. What a JOKE of a dentist.
